We had a mobile AC in the room that is realllyy loud and the condensation was going in a small pot in the room. The mattress was a bit too soft. The trip with the elevator is a quite shaky

They have a really small parking lot, only for a few cars. We had to park on the street, even though we sent them a request for a parking space and they assured us that we would have a parking space... for us this is a big minus and we will choose another hotel on our way to Greece in the future...

The parking is a problem . Not much available and difficult to access .

We made one night stop on our way to Grece and we liked the hotel. It is in a central but very quiet area, THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. We had some car problem and the hostes helped right away with details and put us in contact with a Car Service. Everything was smooth. Great personnel.

i forget about bad things.

i like everything about hotel and people there, they are all kind i was nervous beacose i make reservation to their restaurant for dinner in 12 and when we were there at 21.00 there was not place for us. but beacose everyone in the hotel is so kind, i didn't make big deal of it. it happens. for sure i am going again in that beautiful place

Everything was either exceptional or very satisfying.

New and modern hotel. Clean. Room spacious with nice bathroom. Staff young but helpful and polite. There was no electricity in the morning but they managed to provide fine breakfast (except coffee). Safe parking and underground garage. Five minutes walk to city center. Fantastic restaurant just across the entrance to the hotel. Best value for money in region. A friend whose room was payed through Booking paid in cash in the morning (when there was no elecricity) but staff called me same morning to discuss ways of refund. Very professional!
