We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had to park on the street, even though we sent them a request for a parking space and they assured us that we would have a parking space... for us this is a big minus and we will choose another hotel on our way to Greece in the future...

New and modern hotel. Clean. Room spacious with nice bathroom. Staff young but helpful and polite. There was no electricity in the morning but they managed to provide fine breakfast (except coffee). Safe parking and underground garage. Five minutes walk to city center. Fantastic restaurant just across the entrance to the hotel. Best value for money in region. A friend whose room was payed through Booking paid in cash in the morning (when there was no elecricity) but staff called me same morning to discuss ways of refund. Very professional!
