From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a clean, modern, and beautifully decorated space that made me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and high-speed Wi-Fi that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer any questions and ensuring that my stay was as smooth as possible. It is mentioned that there is a dishwasher but that was not the case. For us, family of four it was a bit cramped because of the big bed is in the living room that is taking too much space, but we only used the apartment to sleep and have breakfast. There are also some unfinished things in the apartment and cables hanging around and also some opened bottles of water and bags laying around which were not ours which seemed a bit strange. It is not unsafe, just not not nice to look at.

For us, this was a great location. It was quiet, cozy and clean which is what we needed. The location was good because there are many busses stopping across the street that can take you to the city center. We liked that we had two double beds. One bed was a floor bed which was great for our children. Also the terrace was nice and it is not facing the big road. The host is very nice and she made sure our breakfast is delicious and home cooked. Every evening we made arrangement with the host about our breakfast and she was kind to make what we wanted. She made sure that our stay is very pleasant. For the price we paid for it is for sure worth it. The host for sure gets a 10+ for the hospitality.

The host was really nice and understanding, the rooms were clean and comfortable, everything is close by, and bonus is the shop nearby which is open 0/24 and it's really quiet so you can have a good sleep. Would recommend to everyone.

Amazing host, super responsive and accommodating! The place is well equipped and has everything you need. Good wifi, AC… Couple of restaurants nearby and bus stops. Great for a short stay in Novi Sad!

The bed was pretty squeaky on every small movement, but despite this fact it was comfortable. It feels a bit strange when there is a lot of things everywhere, even some food in the fridge door and semi-empty bottle of mineral water, and somebody's kid plastic glasses in the bedroom. It felt like the owners left for a while and you're a thief sneaking into a house :D Firstly I didn't notice on Booking 5€ payment for everyday cleaning (as I understand, it includes washing floors and trash can removal, maybe something else), so I had to pay extra 25€ for 5 days. I'm not sure if everyday cleaning is a really necessary option.

The apartments has everything for a comfortable stay: the apartment even has a big washing machine, dryer and dishwasher machine. The interior looks good and cozy, especially great is a green comfortable sofa on the kitchen. There are two TVs: in the bedroom and in the kitchen. In the bedroom there is a pretty big wardrobe to place your luggage. There is a lot of kitchen utensils and tableware. The location is really good: about 10-15 minutes walking from the bus or train station, and not so far from the city center. The house itself is pretty new and the district looks good. Also there is a spectacular view to picturesque roofs of Novi Sad and to sunsets. The apartment is pet friendly, although you have to pay extra 5€ a day for a small dog, but that's great that it's allowed to stay with a pet here. Soundproofing here is perfect or maybe our neighbours were quiet. If you have to work from the apartment, the WiFi connection is perfect and there is a small desk with a comfortable computer chair in the bedroom. It was warm inside the apartment despite of the winter and temperature of hot water in bathroom was stable. The host is friendly and stayed in touch with us when there were some questions.

I'd say the only thing that wasn't comfortable is the bathroom. It was very small. For older or a little heavy people it could be a challenge to use it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We'd be happy to return there

We booked an appartments of 45 m2, but it was twice less. There washing was not a washing machine, a dish-washer, an oven was set only afer 2 weeks of our arrival. Everything is very narrow and old. There was only 1 room divided by a book shelf. We are a family of 3 and there was impossible conditions to live! We could even hear each others' breathe. Besides we could hear everything form upstairs flat and all their smells came to our appatrment. It was the first time when I tried to return money for the room, but the owner refused. I really don't recommend you to stay at this appartment. Sanitare ware was also awful, douche didn't work properly. Internet connection via wi-fi was very poor.
