Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff, delicious breakfast and amazing rooms. The beds are super comfortable like you are sleeping on a cloud and i liked that the hotel is right in the city center, close to everything you need

Just one thing to keep in mind: there are quite a lot of stairs. Yes, the hotel has an elevator, but you’ll still end up carrying your luggage up and down stairs. Unless, of course, you’re planning to make the poor reception girls do it for you – which I wouldn’t suggest.

The hotel is just great – really good value for money! Staff are super nice, polite and friendly. Location is quiet but still central, everything is clean and stylish, with a simple artistic touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel - really relaxing. Short walk to the main street, which has lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Lovely staff on reception - and breakfast was nice. The air conditioning was superb for the hot weather.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about really. We didn’t use the elevator, seemed so small (understandable being an add on to a historical building)

The staff is amazing, really friendly and supportive. They do go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable. The room was nice, they actually prepared an extra room for us and gave us a choice of where we wanted to stay. There is parking in front of the hotel at extra cost which you have to book in advance (limited spots). Breakfast is on demand, they will cook for you based on a menu (different omelette options) and some buffet style options (cereal, milk, yogurt, juices, croissants, fruit, etc.) Our omelette was really delicious. I saw in other reviews that the internet connection was not very good but we had no issues, it worked perfectly for what we needed. Beautiful art all over, nicely and colorful design.

There is a problem with the hot water - to get hot (warm) water you have to wait for 15 minutes. Breakfast during the weekdays is not so good (as there are not many guests), the price is too high for the weekdays breakfast. They tried to give me a room that is smaller in half compared to the room I have paid for.
