Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s very close to the bus station, and that was why i chose it. Also, it’s only 6 minutes walk from bus stop #600/A1 to the airport, making it easy to get to/from other cities. The apartment itself modern, safe with 24 hrs security, super clean and tidy. The amenities are also excellent, making our stay very comfortable and homey.

- The air conditioner is either broken or not very powerful - I had to sleep with the windows open to get fresh air. - The floors were not very clean - there was a lot of hair. But that might be my fault, as I asked for early check-in and the cleaning service might not have had enough time. - Neighbors were doing renovations. Hopefully, it’s just a temporary issue.
- All the essential facilities were available and functional: water heater, fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine. - Fast and stable Wi-Fi: 300/150 Mbps download/upload. - The apartment is in a new building in a nice area. - The landlord agreed to an ealier check-in - I appreciate it.

The bedroom windows were not designed or installed properly to block out the noise from the nearby main road. Personally, I couldn’t fall asleep because of it. However, the living room, which is on the same side of the building, is well soundproofed, and not a single sound can be heard from outside. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the sofa. A shame, as the bed was much more comfortable.
The apartment, located in a modern building, is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, providing a high level of comfort during daytime. Its proximity to a shopping centre, various stores (just across the street), and excellent restaurants is an added advantage.

The apartment is in a new complex in a new area of Belgrade. There are 2 restaurants on the ground floor and opposite is a Mall. Access to the center was by car, but there are buses. Everything in the apartment is new with great attention to detail: coffee machine (and coffee), dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs with Netflix, 4 levels of underground parking. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is very nice and has a central AC system, which is highly appreciated during the hot summer days in Belgrade. Collecting the keys was very simple.

The only one remark: it was difficult to find the correct entrance to the building. The building has several entries, the correct one is the leftmost (from the corner) if you look on the building from the Yurija Gagarina street.
Very comfortable apartment, clean and with modern pleasant design. A lot of tableware, enough even for cooking your own dinner! There are a microwave in the apartment, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable 👌 (two sleeping places for two people) It is the convenient place to stay: in the same building you have three restaurants, more restaurants just across the road, and a big enough shopping mall in a walking distance (5 minutes). By the tram or bus you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes.

We arrived from NZ after a very long flight. The taxi driver didn't know where Sukara was, we called the number and they gave him directions. We arrived and then the desk clerk didn't speak English so had a few issues as we were too early to check in. The host came down, she was lovely, sorted it out and had our room ready in about an hour! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Perfect apartment with everything needed: laundry, parking, self check in and self check out. 24/7 reception. We are impressed. The building is modern and new, parking place is inside the building, safety. I think the appartment is perfect for 3 persons: one bedroom and sofa. Nice balcony. Very good location.

The electric kettle and the coffee machine were left with old water and there wasn’t any coffee for the machine. Anyway it’s not that bad because you can take your coffee from the burger bar :)
Everything was lovely. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with very good location, underground parking and lift. Downstairs there is a restaurant, burger bar, massage studio.. 3 minutes walking distance there is a big mall. Everything you need to feel comfortable.

The location is in the Novi Belgrade area where you either have to use a car or transport to get to somewhere. If you go by foot, you'd have to spend around one hour to get to the city center. In the same time, there's a river nearby and you can get a boat to get to the other side.
I've found the apartment wonderful! Cozy, clean, comfortable, everything was working as intended. All was nice and new or in ideal condition. A lovely place to stay for a long time. There was everything that's needed to start with in a new apartment.
