Everything: from the position to the rooms, Misa's service has been great. Picked us up at the airport and drove us to the apartment, which is 5 minutes walk from Trg Republike. Lovely to stay here.

The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He greeted us warmly, helped with everything we needed, and took the time to show us around both the apartment and the neighborhood. We honestly haven’t met such a kind and attentive gentleman in a long time, truly a five-star host. Highly recommended! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and located right in the heart of the city. It’s ideal for a longer stay and perfect for larger groups. Spacious, comfortable, and with everything you might need within walking distance, from cafes to cultural landmarks. We would definitely stay here again

Miša, our very kind host, welcomed us and brought us to the apartment, helping us with everything we needed. The apartment is located right in the city center, just a few minutes’ walk from all the important spots. It’s excellent for up to 7 people. My sincere recommendation.

The traffic in a morning was sometimes noisy from outside.

The people who run the apartment are great especially the guy who came to meet us with the keys. We arrived early and were still greeted early to give us the keys and show us around the apartment even paying for our breakfast we had ordered thinking we would have to wait a while before he could arrive. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Everything was excellent. Host Misa is one of the greatest people I've met. So helpful, caring. He was always there for us, very early morning, late night, you name it. Location and apartment is great, close to all main attractions.

One toilet-bathroom for 8 persons is on the edge of incomfortability. Elevator is small and needs malntnance. (Working-not working).

Top location, evrything is accessible by foot. Nearby are restorants and bakeries, affordable payed parking.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the main tourist areas of the city. It was spacious, clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the arrival process - for an extra (reasonable) fee the owner arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and check us in. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this apartment!

Misa, our host, helped us with everything. Our car broke down before Belgrade, he immediately sent us a mechanic and a trailer. We could sleep at the hotel one more day until the car was ready. Then when it was ready, he took us to the mechanic in the suburbs. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

First and foremost, the location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, the apartment was spotlessly clean and provided more than enough amenities. One of the standout features of this accommodation was the fact that all three rooms had their own balcony. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the city center.

The property was not at the address advertised. It was on the complete different address (Makedonska), still in the city centre thought, but far from kalemegdan park. The owner only wants payment in cash, in advance, when he gives you the key, which was not very convenient. If you don’t have cash on you, he will follow you to the bank machine to get it. No blinds in the apt so it’s very light and sunny in the morning.

The property had lots of space and lots of beds and it was good for 6 people. Kitchen had all the dishes you need.

I booked (and paid for) a different apartment. Upon arrival, I was told to go to a different address for some reason that was unclear. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment; the apartment we got had 2 bedrooms. We needed 3 separate bedrooms for 3 adults. The floors are insanely squeaky (waking everybody up when one goes to the bathroom at night); the faucet in the kitchen sprays water with such force you might as well take a shower while doing the dishes; the microwave did not work; the toilet bowl is wobbly. Importantly - the manager of the property and the customer service of Booking.com were not responsive to my complaint, which included the photos of the booked property as compared to the property we got, which I lodged with them the day following my arrival.

Misa (the gentleman who gave us the keys) was the best thing about this property. The location is good.
