Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

We liked absolutely everything!
Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us with genuine warmth and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. They offered helpful local tips, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and truly made us feel cared for. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The location was ideal — close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in a heartbeat.

The location was fantastic. The apartment is spacious and appropriately equipped, we had parking in the building, everything was easy and as described and agreed, so - we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very comfortable, fully equipped apartment, where host thought of each detail. Washing tablets, gel, paper towels, even conditioner for washing clothes. Apartment is fully equipped, modern, clean. Location is convenient and easy to get around, historical center and local market, and supermarkets are in walking distance. Our host welcomed us and was very helpful, her responses were fast and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough. Garage was useful as well. Our family spent great time there.

Even tho it’s a newly constructed building, walls are somehow thin and you can hear everything from the hallway.
Amazing location, secured parking garage, comfy atmosphere and everything you need for a cozy stay.

My stay in apartment 12 would be perfect if the neighbours above hadn't turned their apartment into a noisy ZOO that closes down around 10 in the evening. After that, only a loud zebra keeps walking loudly without stop until 1.30 AM. I hope the manager shows this to this zebra who doesn't seem to be aware that there are other people in the building and apparently knows no shame.
Great location, nice new clean apartment, safe and handy parking space, perfect host who goes an extra mile for every guest.

nothing really, a microwave would have been excellent
excellent location, close to everything, very clean and comfortable. Small super market in the next building. Comfortable bed. Having a washing machine/dryer combo was amazing! Host was very lovely and willing to help if I needed. Secure parking garage. Will definately be back! Oh, and I just love the name 😊

Air conditioning unit is fixed right at the bottom of the side wall of this very small 2-3 person balcony so using balcony and having a ac on was just not an option since it would be unbelievably hot sitting outside while ac on.
The host was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Location is excellent, walking distance to the mall, Spens, Strand and the city centre as well as numerous good places to have lunch or dinners on and around as well as some real nice fast food bbq places if you are in the mood for taste of famous Serbian grill specials. The place is relatively newly built so everything looks really new and nice and it’s it equipped with everything you need. Furniture is also nice and stylish so the whole picture gives you somewhat of hotel stay feeling. Additionally everything looked neat and clean. We got garage parking spot with elevator access which was also impressive for Serbian standards.

Very nice and clean place. Have everything you need on your trip. Apartment is on good location and near by you have bunch of grocery stores. Also garage is available which is rly big plus.

The lack of cooking utensils in kitchen. It would be nice to have more storage places (chest of drawers or dresser). The apartmant is basically equiped, only necessary furniture. No coffee machine. The creaky bed in one of the rooms.
The location is unbeatable! Just accross the Shopping Centre Promenada, near city centre. The apartment is bright and cosy, in new builduing with elevator. Nice furniture. The big advantage is free parking place in underground garage. If you are traveling with kids, there is small playground around the corner. Liman park is also accesable in few minutes of walking.

It would be great if in the bathroom would be more storage space for personal toiletries.

Amazing place on a great location. The owners were very welcoming and responded to messages promptly. Comfy bed. The apartment was clean with all the mod cons and essential toiletries. There was even coffee in the kitchen :) I highly recommend this place.
