Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your visit and for your compliments on the location, parking, staff and price of the accommodation. The kitchen in the apartment you have chosen has a flat plate with 2 hotplates, the lux apartment has a stove with an oven, and the third apartment has a microwave. The pictures clearly show the contents of each apartment. The sofa certainly didn't have cat hair, but that's the material it's made of. We can send you a picture, where you can make sure that these are synthetic threads and not cat hair. We have several cats in the yard, but they do not enter the apartments and we clean the apartments thoroughly and regularly. We have a terrace on the river itself, which is 50m away from the building. Unfortunately, you stayed in our facility for less than 20 hours, so you did not have the opportunity to use all the facilities.
