The apartment wasn’t clean enough. There were spiders on the corners. The shower was incredibly small and was leaking out to the bathroom. The elevator is for 2 people, maybe 3 people with very low weight.

The place was filthy. I don't think it has been vacuumed or moped in months. You walk barefoot and your feet turn black. The shower head was broken so the water was coming at the bottom and top. The washer was broken. In general very very dirty. I just hope we ended up with clean towels and sheets but somehow I doubt it considering how filthy everything was inside. The airconditioning also didn't work in the living room. We were told to open the window instead.

We booked with 2 rooms for 3 people: The tv didn't work and the host kept denying it. It was also very dirty and the trash of previous people was still there. The sofa is dirty i didn't want to sit on it. Spiders and dust everywhere. Only the location is worth the price. Also the heating didn't work at all in the sleeping rooms.

It's the location that makes the place, and only the location. Everything is nearby, perfect if u just need a bed and that's it.

General condition of the apartment is bad and bad maintained. From 6 different remote controls only in one has batteries., to start shower you will break your nails, some button is simply missing. Half of the bulbs are available . Definitely not clean

It wasn't clean and the furnitures, mattres are old and uncomfortable. The appartment is big, but we have just one bedroom instead 2 (like the advertisement said when I booked it). The sofa/bed was in very bad condition. It's really difficult to park in that area, even in private parkings, because they are full.

The furniture was old and worn-out. The sofa was made from artificial leather which was broken already as well the door of the bedroom.

The location was great, the host was friendly. There was everything needed in one apartment for pleasant stay including fully furnished kitchen.

The property was dated and felt a little unclean. There were no full length mirrors. The bathroom smelt like drains. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable. There was no warning to pay in cash or any check in instructions. We were told we could check in early and then had to wait 1h30mins for host to arrive.

The location was amazing & the property was big but 4 people would really be the limit.

It's much older than it looks on the pictures, furniture is in very bad shape, and the whole place definitely needs renovation. Also, it needs to be much cleaner as it looks very dirty when you get inside.

It's a really big apartment with great location. It's on walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.

we have waited too much to get the key as we talked with the owner, there were no clean glasses, rest are good, I would recommend to stay here, just be aware you will probably get the keys a bit later while others also complained that too

We had to wait 30 mins outside for the host at 11pm despite telling them what time we would arrive. Lack of communication. Was not made clear that it was cash only and was asked to go to ATM at 11pm with host. Cash machine wouldn't let me take full amount out so said I would give him the rest tomorrow, only £50 remaining of the balance, and he was harassing us with calls and texts despite our communication. Did not make for a relaxing stay. Bathroom was dirty with used soap bar and hairs in shower. Not enough bedding for the amount of beds and air con did not work. Kitchen facilities were unclean and fridge had an unpleasant smell. Beds cheap and very squeaky, not very comfortable. If you need a spacious apartment with a great location, it's great... If you want anything more then I don't recommend.

A. Hygiene was very bad. the floors are clean but the cabinets and drawers were very dirty and so is the shower, the water won’t drain and alot of dirt and hairs appear. B. Not for people who wake up easily, the neighbors are extremely loud and woke us up way too many times. C. The host was not helpful at all, does not read messages on booking.com and ignored us when we told us about the already broken washing machine.

The location was amazing, right at the heart of Belgrade city center.

The sheets were clean and smelled beautiful but everything other then that seemed to be a bit dirty. The beds were very squeaky and the small bed at big bedroom was really uncomfortable. I couldn't connect on the wifi no matter what I tried, but my siblings connected without any problems. And I'm mentioning this because I saw someone else had the same experience, we waited 30minutes for the key even though we let them know when we'll arrive.

The host Marko was very kind! The apartment is at great location! You can get everywhere by 5-15min walks. The balcony is an amazing spot for the morning coffee.

Obviously, someone had smoked in the apartment - not a very nice smell; some parts need fixing / replacement / fresh paint (e.g. bathroom door handle fell off); cleaning could be a bit better; poor responsiveness of the owners - we needed registration (white carton) that is a Serbian law requirement for all foreign individuals: we had to push, and still it was not done on time.

Host locked us out until 7 PM, then threatened us at midnight—saying, “Because I’m Croatian, I’ll cause you big problems” if we didn’t pay. Completely unsafe and unacceptable.

Nothing at all. The entire stay felt unsafe, danger and threatening. We could not pay the host earlier because he never allowed us to enter before 7 PM — the keys were only placed in the locker after that time, leaving us outside with our luggage. At midnight, the host ordered us to pay immediately to a 16-year-old outside our door, or—according to his own words—being Croatian, he would “cause many problems” for us. This behaviour was intimidating, highly unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Ownwr was rude. Just for the reason that we forgot to put the money to the lock box , he had to barge to the flat at 10pm and force me to go to ATM instead of waiting to the morning. Thats not enough and had to curse in his language when i told him i will write the occurence in his reviews. i dont recommend anyone this stay unless you want to ruin your trip.

Don’t like- it wasn’t cleaned very well, and the shower is leaking a little, and the internet connection is breaking a lot.

I liked a lot the apartement, specialy the balcony ❤️ and the beds are large and comfortable. Location is fantastic.
