The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. It had air conditioning. Dejan was very easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions. It was close to the airport. It was excellent value for money.

The next restaurant ile and ATM is about a 30 min walk away, so make sure you have cash on you in case you wanna order food home.

The apartment has a really noble interior, a modern fitted kitchen and a very pretty outside area. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything. In itself I felt a bit like a princess walking around that posh place, with a huge flat screen in the comfortable bathrobe provided with towels and body hygiene products in the beautiful, bright bathroom. There is also a Chess game and some other board games if u travel in groups and like mindful entertainment. I enjoyed it very much and it was a great choice for a last night in Serbia.

Staff was very accommodating with my arrival time. Only stayed 1 night but everything was clean and as described. Location is far from Belgrade city center, but is close to transit stops to get you to the city.

Great, very clean apartment, with all necessary amenities even for long-term stay. We stayed only one night due to our flight next day, but fully enjoyed this facility and it’s host Dejan. Early check-out was not an issue at all.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. Dejan was a fantastic host, was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. Picked us up from the airport after 3am when our flight was delayed.

Although everything looked quite clean, There was a strong smell of some kind of parfume or air freshener that was not at all refreshing but rather opressive. It was present in all rooms and I couldn’t sleep. Because of that I can not recommend this place.

The lady who checked us in and took us to the airport was not friendly and accommodating at all. Till now, I don't even know her name because she didn't even bother to introduce herself to me. The most she did was say hello to me, and then after that, she never spoke a single word to me. She spoke the entire time only in Serbian and only to my husband. And I found this very rude, especially since I am the one that booked the apartment. It would be nice to know when staff don't speak English or couldn't be bothered to speak it, then I would have booked elsewhere. It made me wonder, would she have not spoken to me at all if my husband were not there since I don't speak Serbian?

The facilities were good. The bedroom was very cold, though.

The whole apartment is heated only with one air conditioner placed in the living room. In the bedroom the heat does not come at all, so we were freezing all night Kitchen has no ammenities

The associate Dan that checked me in was excessively friendly, and I understand why now - he wanted payment in cash. So I paid him, but with the conversion he did on his calculator, it was $170 (USD), so rather than argue about it then, I just paid the $170.00 (USD). I felt robbed, stolen from ! While the apartment was clean, it was far away from any restaurants or anything - out in a remote farming area that made it impossible to go anywhere without calling a taxi! In addition, I was woken up a few times by the owner's dog barking downstairs.
