Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes by car from the airport. It's cozy, very clean, and has everything you might need – Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. There’s also a lovely and affordable authentic Chinese restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. I had a 14-hour layover, and the host picked me up from the airport (for €10) and even drove me back at 3 AM for my flight. Absolutely delighted – thank you so much! Highly recommended.

You have to understand that this is not close to the center of Belgrade.
Clean and spacious apartment with a cute patio in the yard. Full kitchen, large bed + sofa bed. 10 minutes to the airport by car. Ideal for a transit stop for a couple of people.

The cleanliness of the flat was impeccable, and it was much larger than it appeared in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the house is located in a quiet area, ensuring a good night's sleep. The flat is well-equipped for all household needs, featuring everything from a hairdryer to a washing machine. Additionally, there is a reasonably priced shuttle service to the airport. The hosts were attentive and responded promptly to messages on Booking.com. I truly did not want to leave this wonderful home.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very good and punctual owner. I liked everything and this apartment is suitable even for long-term stays. The location is very close to the airport and if you want to go shopping you can go to the nearest store in just 7 minutes or for more serious shopping in 20 minutes on foot.

If you’re looking for a nice place with all the facilities that’s close enough to the airport look no further. Borislav and his sister were very accomodating and they also offer transfers from the airport. You can walk to the airport too (took me an hour) but feels like you are kind of walking in the middle of nowhere.

Our flight got delayed by 14.5hrs. We eneded up at the airport at very late night with no accomodation. The owner is an amazing person. We contacted him after midnight and he replied very quick. He was available to come and pick us up from the airport. The morning after he drove us to the airport. The appartment is very spacious, clean and nice. Very well equiped. Close to airport. All recommendations.

We were traveling by car and had some troubles on the way, hence arrived much later than expected. The host has kindly extended our stay free of charge as our plane was in the evening, which was much appreciated. The place is easy to find, very clean and comfortable. It has absolutely everything you need, including own parking and very good WIFI. Highly recommended by all means.

Nice hosts and comfy place. I spend a night there in the middle of my road trip from Montenegro to Bulgaria. It was the best location for me and there is private parking space on the property that hosts allowed to use (included to stay price).

it is in the nowhere, even to go to eat out is a problem , taxi don’t want to go where , for transfer from /to airport it is better to agreed with the owner , he is very punctual, correct about transfer, for a good price.

I ve stay at first floor and the view from the room is not quite good.
In this little apartment you have all you need. The bed is very good for relaxing. The parking is inside and secured. The owner Boris is kindly, speak fluent English.

Value for money.we had only one night during our roadtrip through serbia.the house is fully furnished and very functional.near to Belgrade. I suggest it for the same purpose.
