I noticed some wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed: a nightstand leaning against the bed, a dripping shower, a missing glass panel in the cupboard, a cracked mirror, and the absence of slippers. These details slightly diminished the overall comfort.

I stayed in a premium room and really enjoyed the design, the panoramic view of the entire city from the 15th floor, and the smart air conditioning system that adjusted automatically to our presence. The room was also well-equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine, which I appreciated. On the positive side, breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with creative options for vegans such as zucchini pie and gratinated mushrooms — a thoughtful and delicious surprise.

I have no objections to the hotel, but limited parking space causes a slight delay when existing the parking. There is very helpful staff to assist with this though.

The only hotel in Niš I am always returning to. The feeling when I entre through the front door is like returning home. Staff is beyond nice and extremely capable and helpful, not to mention the breakfast options that are better than 90% of the hotels I visited on my travels. Their restaurant also offers Michelin star level meals. So yes, if possible I am always staying here.

Very nice and polite personel both on reception and 10 star service in the restaurant- particularly red hair girl. Secured parking (also very polite guards). Room spatious, excellent bed.

Everything is great, small improvement maybe door were not able to lock from inside, they looked to me slightly insecure but in general hotel is great, safe so no worries but maybe like possible improvement.

People are so polite, parking was so easy because some workers are taking care about that and they always monitor car, they were so so nice, in general everyone in hotel. Also place was great, clean, nice, breakfast was great and gym also was great.

Why we took one star off. A five-star hotel should have complimentary water in rooms. Besides it’s the first time we ever come across when coffee capsules in a room are not free!

Very convenient location, the very center. Nice views from upper floors. Back yard parking. Comfy beds and linen. The richest breakfast we’ve provably ever seen. Huge amount of bakery and pastries. Nice restaurant with really good food. The staff at reception and bar (everywhere actually) are really nice and helping.

Fabulous hotel. Very clean and central. Staff are amazing and professional especially Dragana in reception, who was so kind and helpful. Food in hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also very good with a variety of dishes. We will definitely return.

if the hotel manages to find an option to expand parking, that would be very helpful. Right now it's a bit tight and crowded.

This hotel has absolutely everything to make your business stay as pleasurable as possible. Rooms are very good and clean, beds are comfy, internet is good, breakfast is exceptional, gym is full of equipment. Restaurant is excellent ( try blueberry cheescake) , but if you would like to eat somewhere else, hotel is located in the middle of everything. Staff is really professional and helpfull, check in/out is always smooth, it's a pleasure to come back to this place every time.

We got an upgrade to the Presidential Suite at the 14th floor. It was amazing. The suite was huge, the bathroom was incredible and so was the view on both sides of the hotel. We felt really pampered. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. Overall it was our 5th stay in this hotel and it is our favorite place in Serbia so far.
