How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The refrigerator was very noisy. A neon light shone in the window all night. This is not good if you are staying one night and doing a lot of hard driving in the daytimes. By the 3rd night I was used to these things, and I no longer noticed them at all.
Good size modern rooms. Aircon. Refrigerator. Large bathroom. Good storage. Free parking at the front. Friendly and helpful staff. Cafe bar (now drinks only) below. Good location, very near to an excellent meat restaurant and very convenient for the city centre.

Lovely apartment, and great staff. Location is perfect, very close to sights and cafes (there’s even a convenient cafe downstairs from the apartment). Would definitely recommend

Easy to get there - not far away from main road. Private parking in front of the hotel. Very clean with good aircondition. Good beds and very kind and helpful personel. We arived very very late (23:00) and still able to check in. Recommand if need to spleep somewhere in a way to south,

In case you get lucky to reserve this place when you travel to Novi Sad ( since they're almost always fully booked) don't miss your chance to stay here as you can feel right from the door the true taste of our northern hospitality. I keep coming back to this place often whenever I find a vacant apartment, this time I would specially like to thank Daria, who, despite of her young age, is extremely professional and on top of everything! What a great service! Good luck to you and the whole staff!! I will definitely come back again.

The room is minimal and small. The bed is not that comfy.
Cheap. close to my desired location. The bathroom is very good. We had a balcony as well. Everything was clean.

Буквално сè што се однесува до хотелот, особено собата. Иако им најавивме дека доаѓаме со бебе и количка за бебе, добивме соба на поткровје, без лифт во хотелот. Кога пристигнавме доцна вечерта сите прозорци беа отворени и собата беше преладна, а на климата и требаше многу време да ја затопли собата бидејќи немаше друго греење. Иако собата е комотна, како две посебни простории, се во собата е старо и дотраено. Креветите не се удобни, претврди душеци и раскрцкани стари дрвени кревети. Бањата беше хорор, прљав под, стара туш кабина со мувла на сите страни и врати кои не се затвараат. Многу лош одвод во туш кабината и преслаб притисок на вода во тушот што не е возможно да се истушираш. Канализацијата мирисаше и имаше многу лош мириз во бањата и покрај тоа што прозорчето беше отворено цело време.
Што имаа разбирање дека ќе дојдеме подоцна од предвиденото време за пријавување и ни го оставија клучот во соседниот хотел. Бесплатен паркинг пред самиот влез.

My window was facing somebody else balcony and they were all the time smoking there, so I couldn't open the window or the curtain because they were literally 10 centimeters away. A dog barked a lot in the evening and then woke me up at 7 am.
Clean room with parking just outside. Nice owner.

The reception is in the bar, and the receptionist is the bartender. You walk in and you suffocate from the smoke. They didnt know i had a reservation and had to make calls to confirm and give me my room.
