The shower was barely usable, the shower hose was leaking literally everywhere. The cost and time to replace it are minimal, but nobody bothers to do it. Some rooms definitely needs renovation, but it wasn't a surprise for us, just be ready for it.

Beautiful view from the room. Nice swimming pool. Enough parking place for everyone. Staff were always available and friendly. Overall we've been satisfied of what we get (location, view, pool, price).

Inside the bathroom shower I find mildew in the corners and when I taking a shower the water was going all over the floor, because the shower cabin was not sealed properly.

Hotel parking is relatively small so parking car could be a problem in narrow nearby streets. Recommendation for the management - please install some towel and wardrobe hooks in bathroom.

Very good hotel not so far from the city center. Nice comfortable room, super friendly staff (reception desk, café, restaurant), excellent breakfast and really good value for money. Recommended for short stay in Niš esp for business people. There is a open air swimming pool so I guess checking in during summer season would be even better.

The room needed updating in very poor condition for one of the best suite. The room was dirty the tv didn’t work and we was there 2 days no Internet unless she went down to reception. The breakfast was cold and had a hair in it coffee machine didn’t work the room wasn’t equipped with a coffee machine or a working fridge and at the time of our day it was very hot. Basically the view is all it’s got going for it in my opinion we was meant to have a balcony and we didn’t.

The view and a lady called Maria she was absolutely lovely she couldn’t do enough for us if it wasn’t for her and the beautiful view I would have found another hotel.

Although we booked a double room, there were two beds next to each other instead of one double bed and that was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located uphill and has a great view, close to the center. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient given the fact that during our stay the hotel's occupancy seemed to be quite low.

The maintenance of the hotel is a bit poor. There were no soap at the bathrooms.

The lady on the reception was the best I’ve seen in some time. The hotel looks good, the rooms are big enough and the breakfast was nice

The road to the hotel is not in the best condition, so I suggest to everyone to take the road thrugh the city center.

The Hotel advertiste new rooms but the one we stayed was defenetly not renovated in the last 25 years. There is a new build part of the hotel which they advertise on their website and on booking but we got the old side. The Aircon didn’t work properly, when I asked for a room change I was treated very rudely by the receptionist. I as well asked if I could get something to eat from the restaurant for my kids dinner, again the receptionist was really rude and said that they are hosting a football team, and therefore I will not be able to get anything from the kitchen, she send me to town if we wanted food. I really don’t recommend the stay there service and rooms need to be very much improved. I will not stay there ever again.
