The check-in process itself was simple, though the experience was overshadowed by an issue earlier that day when the hotel tried to cancel the reservation due to a pricing problem with the original booking (months before). While this was initially stressful and disappointing, the hotel ultimately honored the original reservation and price. In fairness, their quick communication and decision to resolve the matter positively should also be recognized.

The room was reasonably clean and as described, with working air conditioning. Both the bed and pillows were firm, leaning more toward the orthopedic side, which some guests may find comfortable while others may find too tough. Parking was available, and Wi-Fi worked well. This is primarily an airport hotel, but it’s not practical to walk to the terminal, the entrance is over an hour away on roads without sidewalks, making it impossible with luggage. Thankfully, the hotel offers a shuttle service (20 € one way or 30 € round trip), which worked very well and was a convenient solution (even at 4h in the morning). Overall, this is a practical airport hotel with reliable shuttle service and decent facilities.

The Wi-Fi was not working. The receptionist was helpful, but did not inform us about the Wi-Fi issue. Also, it could have been beneficial if schedule of bus 72 was printed and shared.

I liked that the foam mattresses were relatively firmer than in most other hotels.

You will need RSD (cash) if you want to buy something at the hotel using vending machines downstairs. It is not really an issue, but I was not aware of it prior to the trip.

A bit of a chaotic transfer - one employee, and as luck would have it, at the very moment when you need him, he is driving someone else. The ride takes 5 minutes. We made it, but we had to wait 15-20 minutes there and back. Allow time. When you have 3-4 hours to sleep, these 15 minutes are a pity.

We had 5 hours of sleep between flights. We chose from the hotels closest to the airport (there are no international chains there, you choose from small hotels). The driver is friendly, the employee at the reception is too. The rooms are clean. They gave us breakfast to go at 5 am.

Unfortunately there are not many services like supermarkets, restaurants etc around it. Arriving in the evening gives feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere. Hopefully it’s just a matter of time as infrastructure is being developed.

The hotel is all in all good, 10 minutes by car from the airport, hotel arranges transfer with a good driver. Receptionist was friendly as well. Place is quiet, room is spacious, comfortable rest between flights.

I really liked the hotel — I've stayed here more than once during layovers. The location is super close to the airport. The breakfast is tasty and good, with a beautiful view of planes taking off. The staff is very friendly, and I’d like to thank them! I'm 8 months pregnant, and after checking out, I still had a few hours to wait for my connecting flight, which is quite hard in my condition. The staff kindly allowed me to stay in the room a bit longer. I’m very grateful! Wishing you continued success! I highly recommend this hotel. It's a great option for layovers if you're not planning to go into the city center.

Overpriced, especially for a dead, off-season period. Hard to get a taxi as it’s very close to the airport so the taxi drivers refuse to take such a short drive. The hotel’s own offer (from and to the airport) is overpriced too: 30 E for 2x3 kilometres is a rip-off!!!

Comfortable place for a night stay. Beds and pillows were good. The room was very spacious and we didn't hear any outside noise. The staff was very attentive and helpful for our very late check-in and early check-out. Location was also fine, since we needed to stay in place near the airport in between our flights.

Value for money, enormous room with 2 separate bedrooms, everything was modern, closeness to Belgrade airport. Extremely helpful staff, especially the desk clerk who checked us in early in the morning, his shift was actually over but had no problem helping us, a credit to the hotel. Airport seemed to stop flights around 1 a.m. - you can certainly hear the planes taking off before that time but that doesn’t bother me.
