How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Everything was just right
Aerovista was a perfect stopover place for us. Just 10 min away from the airport. The place was super clean and nicely appointed.

Very comfortable, large and clean apartment. The owner is friendly. The apartment has everything you need, including a large refrigerator. Two large separate bedrooms, a separate living room, a separate dining area. Everything was very clean, nice and comfortable. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

Everything fine must TV is a little outdated, and as much as we tried we could not connect to Netflix. Maybe that part to be checked, everything else just perfect and host is amazing, very clean, confort and coffee is the best.
The property is perfect and we always use it when traveling from Belgrade airport.

Our family’s overnight stay at AeroVista Apartment was an absolute breeze! Located just 20 minutes from the airport, this modern, ground-floor unit was ideal for our layover. The private entrance and free parking made arrival and departure stress-free, while the spacious layout (two cozy bedrooms, a comfy living room, and a well-equipped kitchenette) offered plenty of room to relax. We loved the thoughtful amenities: a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee maker, a sleek walk-in shower, and free WiFi kept us connected. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver, and the included toiletries added a nice touch. Even with early flights, the quiet location and clean, organized space ensured a restful night. Its proximity to the airport (2.5 miles!) and easy shuttle access made this a no-brainer for our connecting flights. We’d happily recommend AeroVista to any traveler seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of home near Belgrade. Five stars! ✨✈️

It was just renovated and in mint condition😉. The interior decoration was finished properly and in good style. I stayed here for one night because of the close location to the airport. The busstop 8601 is just in front and takes you to Nikola Tesla Belgrade AirPort for free…😀☝️!

Shops are in the village fare away, so if you've forgot to buy a bread for example the road will take a lot of time.
The place is amazing, the water in a lake was so nice and the view was really beautiful. Very peaceful and comforting nature.

Proper bed sheets (to lay on top) would have been nice and having mattress covers would ensure longevity of the mattresses by protecting them from accidents.
The friendly host met us and showed us around the property. They were helpful with arranging the transportation for an early flight. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay. The location is fantastic for those staying overnight to catch a flight.

Nothing. All perfect.
Super clean and all needed for a long stop over between flights. The owner even met me early in the morning around 5.00am to show me around. Great wifi, comfy bed and lovely fresh shower. I left refreshed and ready for my next flight as just 10 mins drive from the airport..

Beautiful apartment close to the airport. It is in a rather quiet suburban area but it was possible to take the bus to a restaurant close by. Overall it was all very convenient and very helpful staff.
