How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Loved my stay at Hotel Adresa! The hotel is beautifully designed — modern without feeling cold. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The room was quiet, well-lit, and surprisingly spacious. Great shower pressure, super comfortable bed. Small details, big difference. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transport, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers — will definitely book again!

From check-in to check-out, my experience at Hotel Adresa was nothing short of excellent. The entire atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and had everything I needed — including a reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of privacy, which I appreciated. One of my favorite parts was the common areas — cozy, and ideal for relaxing with a drink. I also appreciated the little extras: helpful front desk tips about the area, and quick service when I had a question. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Adresa to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run hotel with a personal touch. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Not a classic hotel, you enter your room from the mall, because rooms are located in the shopping mall. Also there are no supplies in the room at all, you need to ask for sleepers and dental kit. Even no shampoo and shower gel. They put cheapest liquid soap in the dispenser, so you need to go buy your own shampoo in the supermarket.
New and clean rooms. Rooms are big. Bed sheets are white and new. Lady on reception was very helpful.

Bathroom could be renovated a bit for the price in my opinion.
Staff was awesome in terms of communication and problem solving! Very professional and honest straight to the point people. I actually lost the key at the very checkout; went to store for some snacks before checkout, and somehow managed to loose the key on the 15min walk. The staf calmly helped me and searched with me. No luck in the end, so i payed for the lost key and checke out was finished. But overall experience was great, calm and emphatic about the whole situation.

The only thing is that people can walk in front of your windows. There are curtains so it's not a big problem, just a bit strange.
The location is great for New Belgrade. Parking is in front of hotel. Pleasant staff.
