Air conditioner was leaking a lot down the wall and onto the ground, and there was a strong smell of paint within the room. Not responsive to queries via booking.com (questions and direct message) and nowhere to store bags before check in time. Choose the option to pay in advance via booking.com because the price somehow increased by 10% when paying through their own booking link.

The only downside was that there was a noticeable smell of dampness/sewage in the bathroom, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The location is ideal – right in the very center, yet still quiet and peaceful. Everything is decorated with taste, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

There’s no kitchen but it’s not that important for a short trip. Also unfortunately the TV screen was broken but my communication with the property’s owner was fast and very kind.

The location is ideal, next to Danube Park with access to shops. I couldn’t ask for a nicer location, a bit pricey though but fully understandable since I booked it during EXIT festival. The bed is very comfy, perfect A/C and the shower was excellent, I appreciated the high water pressure!

Although new, the bedding wasn’t the right size. The sheet didn’t cover the mattress, and the quilt had a bleach stain and tear. Only these things let the room down.

I did not get information about the check in the day before, so I had to call the owners when I arrived. If I was a foreigner this would be difficult.

The room was clean and had all the usual amenities. It is in the center but you are not disturbed by noise from bars. Check in was pretty straightforward. And the owners answered all my questions pretty fast.

Pillows were uncomfortable, we didn't ask for new ones since we stayed only two days. Shower wasn't working properly but we didn't make the big deal about it.

There is a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. There could be more hanging hooks in the bathroom. Thin door and walls, so you could hear people walking/ talking/ toilet flushing...etc (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper)

There was an electric cook top however no pan.

Location was perfect, cannot be any closer to the old town! Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Host was very prompt in replying and gave us lots of suggestions of where to eat in the area.
