Very curtous and helpful young man, Amy, at reception who helped us with our baggage and sorted out an issue with our room which didn't have a nice fresh smell. Amy moved us to another room... All in all, a pleasant 2 night stay in a fair location and enjoyed the breakfast included in the price.

My stay at Ecletico Villa was truly exceptional. The room was outstanding – spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The service at the reception and during breakfast was excellent, and everything felt very well organized. There is no lounge except of a terrace. The breakfast room is relatively small. But it didn’t matter to us we enjoyed our stay and the hotel stuff took care of our every need with a smile

Very nice accomodation, in a quiet location. Close to metro and bus station, just a few minutes walking. Receptionist Luisa very kind and able to answer any question we had regarding our stay. Personally I liked very much the pin code to access the hotel and the room: very useful without need of keeping or asking for a regular key or card.

The mattresses were a little firm for my back.

This was a charming boutique with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast! Emy, the front desk manager, was very helpful with tourist information and with help on a train, etc. The ease of having one code for the front desk door and hotel room was very user friendly. The hotel also gave complimentary bottles of wine for our welcome! It was a 10 minute walk to popular areas.

The bed was too firm for my liking, so I slept on top of the duvet (it was hot weather, so no hardship). The fridge in the room was too noisy.

A beautifully restored building in a quiet but easily accessible location. The door locking system is excellent and staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was light and airy, the AC was efficient, everything was clean and lovely. There were complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast was good, fresh and plentiful.
