Warm welcome, kind host. Rich and delicious breakfast with great views (Bran castle included) from the terrace. Not too far from Bran center but far away enough to enjoy quiet times with a glass of wine in the evening. Library visit on the top floor is a must 🙂 Highly recommended.

Very special hotel in a very special location. Situated in a village near Bran the hotel offers stunning views on Bran (Dracula) castle and picturesque surroundings. The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel is very cozy, atmospheric, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Friendly and helpful staff. There is free parking for guests near the hotel. Delicious varied food. The hotel is very warm (in winter). I was especially captivated by the hotel's views, which included snow-covered mountains, a lovely garden, the city, and a glimpse of Bran Castle, famously associated with Dracula. On the top floor of the hotel there is a library with a panoramic view of the mountains. You can reach the Poiana Brasov ski resort, a popular skiing destination, in just 20-30 minutes by car. You should definitely stay at this hotel.

Area in the restaurant allocated for the buffet has a small space to maneuver while self catering In the room & bathroom the furniture is dated Temperature was to high in the dining area; in the room we had to turn off the heating installation in order to have a proper sleep temperature; luckily window and door overlooking the balcony we could open to cool down the temperature in our sleeping area No elevator in case of disabled guests for the upper floors available No other amenities other than the lecture room, parking & Wi-Fi are offered for the price paid (~92 Eur/night/room incl. breakfast for 2 adults)

We loved our stay at Transylvania Inn. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of Bran and the castle in the distance. The breakfast was amazing! Diane was so helpful and kind. She really worked hard.

There are so many reasons we enjoyed this hotel: amazing view of the entire Bran Valley including viewing the Bran Castle from our terrace, really great food, particularly the breakfast buffet was to DIE FOR!!!. Extremely quiet and relaxing area, where you can truly reconnect with nature. But the best part for us was the very cute library at the top of the hotel with 360 views of the valley where one could lounge for hours and get immersed into reading in comfy cocoon chairs. Adorable place with a very pleasant staff!!!

There was nothing that we did not like. All aspects of the stay exceeded expectations. It is not within walking distance of the main restaurants and such in town but this was not an issue for us as we drove around most days and there is more than enough to relax and enjoy at the inn but be aware for those that do not like to drive.

The entire stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were helpful, responsive and added greatly to our enjoyment. The breakfast was a traditional Romanian style which we enjoyed greatly, the view from the rooms, the library and the grounds in general is 100% worth the visit alone. All rooms have a balcony and where the inn is located, no balcony view is bad - They are all great!

The place is situates on the top of a hill, offering astonishing view to the Castel Bran. We got the top roof apartment with terrace, big windows and breathtaking view. Small details are making this place to feel cozy and homey. The owner is very kind and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

We visited in August and perhaps we would have appreciated aircon, but it's not to be expected in a property like this.

Everything! This is an amazing little guest house. The staff are wonderful, the food was amazing, the view both from our room balcony and the restaurant terrace are spectacular. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Make an effort to climb the stairs to find the library as well, it's a proper treat.

There is 300 meters of unpaved road when approaching facility, but anyway good enough for an average car. Anyway, that is not an issue, and it does not spoil the general impression which is excellent. It even gives some more natural feeling while going to Transylvania Inn.

Everything was really fine, and I will share my experience with my friends who want to visit Transylvania. The host was really pleasant and welcoming, leaving an impression of that you're not the tourist, but the house guest. Room was spacious, clean, warm, with the great view. Breakfast was nicely tailored (everybody could find something interesting for itself). Restaurant terrace was perfectly positioned to enable beautiful view. The library in the loft is a place where you can stay for hours enjoying the books or the 360' view. Location is quiet, about 1.5 km to Bran castle, and the castle is visible from the most of facility's premises and guest rooms.
