The room was big and clean, 5' walk from the metro station. Laura was kind and helpful, the communication was very easy.

Everything was as expected. The apartment was clean and spacious. Owners live next to the property and are very welcoming. They even let me choose between two apartments, which was much appreciated. Good value for money.

I enjoyed my stay there! Also I really liked the location. It's near the subway (Gara Basarab) so you can easily get to the city center and it's also near the railway station (Gara de Nord) so you can easily catch a train to any destination you might want to travel! Overall, a nice experience!

Everything was perfect. Located really close to the railway station, but the surroundings was relatively quiet, and the room was very nice for the nights. There was a possibility to make some tea or simple food. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Maybe a small shower gel in the bathroom would be better, as well as additional garbage bags and maybe anti-mosquito net on the windows (or maybe they do have it but it's too cold for them at the moment so they removed it). :D

A lot of light in the room but that can be easily solved with an eye mask.

Very clean, kind owners and always very helpful, the location is just a few minutes across Basarab metro station. I will definitely come back as it's the best accommodation and value for money that I have encountered in Bucharest until now. :)

There's a lot of light coming into the apartment so if you're a light sleeper bear in mind to bring a sleeping mask with you otherwise you might wake up with the sunrise

Laura and George are extremely friendly. The apartment is located nearby the metro and the bus stops (5-10 mins walk) and the public transports in Bucharest are super efficient. The neighbourhood is calm and perfect to have chill nights after being around the city the whole day. Definitely a good location for the price.

Communication with the owner was at times unnecessarily difficult. He talked over, did not allow the other party to speak, at some questions he answered using an impolite imperative or as if to prove a point. The entrance gate could not be locked and the door to the house stays permanently open. Even though the apartment door does have a lock, the access is not safe and could be improved.

The single-room apartment was clean. The heating was working properly. The bathroom with shower was fine. The kitchenette is basic but if you are not planning to cook it is fine. Some tableware and an induction cooking plate is available for which the owner provides appropriate pans. WiFi connection was great. The location is good. About 15-20 min walk from both the main train station in Bucharest and Piata Victoriei. There are some supermarkets within 5 min distance. The house is not located on any main boulevard and hence it is quiet.
