How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, very close to the main train station. The place was quiet and peaceful, and the food was absolutely amazing.

There was no coffee in the room.
The room was large with a nice balcony although it faced onto the street so a little noisy. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The bar area was pleasant and we had one meal where we sat here instead of in the dining room. The food was very good. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the railway station.

The odour in our bathroom. We had the room on the 4th floor and there was a permanent bad smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed at all times and it didn't go away even with the windows open.
The room was big and clean. Comfortable beds. Even though it is situated on a pretty big street it was quiet inside. There were enough parking spaces. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it very easy to access. The staff were efficient and resolved any issues promptly. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly, and they even kindly assisted us with storing our luggage. Highly recommended!

I am picky, but a decent ventilation in the spa area would be great, the atmosphere is too humid to be really comfortable.
We had a family room, it’s large enough and the parents rooms has its own door which is great for privacy. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the staff nice and helpful. The breakfast is good with a large choice, they also serve decent food for dinner, which is great if you don’t want to eat out. There’s a small spa area with a jacuzzi and a sauna, and a small gym as well (with really the minimum things).

Hotel is located on the side of a big road / highway that makes the surrounding area unpleasant to walk around.
Spacious room with a beautiful balcony. Staff was really nice and always helpful.

The rooms are advertised as having A/C, but it was not switched from winter to summer. They were very warm.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very pleasant. Only ten minutes from the old town by taxi, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good and caters for many tastes. Rooms are big, and clean.

If you want to go to spa you need to make an apointment one hour before you want to go. It doesnt work for whole day. Also it is very small.
Big room,with all needed facilites. Large comfortable bed. Bathroom very clean and big. Breakfast very good. Location is very good. Parking is good,

Very close to train station but beware no taxi will take you there as the distance is very short. You can walk if you have a light luggage. Very big room.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Victoria Bulevard in Brașov! The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable—everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also booked some massage sessions during my stay, and the massage therapist provided an excellent, professional service that added a perfect touch of relaxation to my trip. Overall, great value for the price—I highly recommend this hotel!

No faults with this hotel
Hotel 10min walk from train station and 10mins into main square. Lovely large room with balcony modern & very comfortable. Good choice for breakfast & plenty. Staff very helpful & friendly. Hotel exceeded expectations. Some very good restaurants & bars within walking distance all very reasonable prices very good value compared to UK.

Good location, nearby central shops, it was clean and the room was huge which is a real bonus. The parking was just in the front and breakfast included.

The room looks exactly as in pictures on booking. The sauna and the small pool were very relaxing in the evenings. The breakfast was tasty and contained new meals every day. Easy parking: there are reserved spots in front of the hotel, or you can park in the backyard if the front parking is full. Location: 10 minutes walk to the AFI Brașov mall. 20 minutes - the old center. 30 minutes - the Black Church. We always left the car at the hotel and walked in the city. Big and comfortable bed. TV with netflix and screen sharing from the phone.

Everything Was Perfect!
Great Stay with Excellent Service! We loved everything! The staff was very helpful, even finding a screwdriver to help us open gifts for the kids. The room was clean and cozy, the breakfasts were great, and everything was just perfect.
