There were some things in the room like defect door handle in the bathroom and the curtains could be teplaced but these are just very minor things.

The property was very nice located and had a beutifyl ambiente. The rooms were big and tall. The view from the balcony was great and we personally like the a la carte breakfast better than a buffet. The staff no matter who you meet there is exceptional friendly and helpful, with big hearts.

I think this is by far one of the nicest , cleanest and beautiful place that we have stayed in Brasov. The location is simply beautiful just by its position in the city, close to the old town but far enough from all the noise and people. We had a room with a city view and it was amazing. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which is a la carte but has like 10 options, including vegan ones. We tried 4 of those and were very very good. And finally, one big plus and thumbs up is Vlad. He was so carrying and attentive to all our needs, gave us recommendations where to eat and what to visit. My wife and I, we are very chatty people and we really enjoyed talking to him. So a big thanks to him!

Spacious rooms and barhrrom, very well furbished. I apreciate the blind inthe windows. Quiet place, with parking reserved in the same street. Reception and breakfast team is very kind and helpful. Close to the center but out of the tourist area.

The room was spacious and well-arranged, but I personally did not enjoy that the air conditioning was located in a completely separate sitting area. This space felt quite detached from the main sleeping area, and because it was in a spot where people could pass by, conversations and movement were noticeable, especially if the curtains weren’t drawn, which affected the sense of privacy and comfort. The location was good, close to the old town, and offered a lovely view due to its elevated position. However, experiencing it in practice, I found that the uphill location made returning to the hotel a bit tiring after a day of walking around the city. For that reason, I’m not sure I would choose it again, although the view and convenience were appreciated. I appreciated the option to choose the type of breakfast, such as eggs or other items, as it allowed for a more personalized experience. However, as a buffet, there wasn’t a wide variety available, so those looking for a larger selection might find it limited. The free parking was a definite plus, making access to the hotel hassle-free and convenient.

We rented a suite for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and it was very crowded. We could barely move within the room without getting hurt from the corner of the bed. The water current in the shower was very weak. The breakfast is served according to menu (not open buffet) and there was one staff person that was also the receptionist so you need to consider a long wait time. When juice / cakes were finished they didn’t refill.

-The location is excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the old town and main restaurants and bars area in Brasov. -The views from the room were stunning overlooking the tennis courts and the church. - The staff were awesome throughout my stay. Went out of their way to help me on several occasions and had no problem with moving me to a room with a view. - The bed was extremely comfortable and the room in general was clean and spacious.

Nothing I noticed. We were caught unexpected in early summer unseasonable rain and spent a lot of time catching up during breakfast and drying off after walking the city.

The location of Upper House Suites just off the lovely walkway at the foot of the mountains is perfect. You feel nestled in the woods with a view of the city rooftops and spires within an easy walk to the city square and Black Church, restaurants, and coffee shops and also to walking in the mountains above the city of Brasov. The hotel design is open and light with comfortably modern decor and very comfortable beds. Everything’s is super clean and well maintained, and the hotel team is friendly, helpful and eager to please. We especially loved the morning breakfast with made to order options for everyone. If you come to Brasov with a car, this location is easier access than the center of the city and much closer to the center than the larger hotels in town.

Air conditioning was only in the second room and it struggled to reach the front bedroom where the main bed was - and also where the most sun was so the room got quite hot. Fortunately nights were cool so it all cooled down but I think summer would be hot. Note: if you are not very mobile this is up a hill when walking from the town centre.
