Everything! Lovely place, lovely people, great service, super clean, nice vibe. Rooms are very nice decorated, its warm and cozy, breakfast is indeex very good, the hosts are friendly and they make you feel like home. If you go for ski/snowboard, there is the bus station very close to the hotel and it takes you right at the Gondola. We will come back for sure!

The hotel is very clean, the apartment is pretty big with everything you need, the rooms are well designed and sound proof. We enjoyed the breakfast which is very good and we loved the friendly staff. The hotel is central and pretty close to Bradu Slope and has enough parking spaces.

The building is so new that there isn’t a hotel sign, nor a house number to see from the street when driving, so it’s easy to miss. I drove past it initially and then had to back track. Also, the staff needs more training. The receptionist didn’t know the schedule of the ski lifts, they had no idea about any restaurant recommendations and they weren’t willing to help with a small mishap in the room, asking me instead to go back to the room when I was clearly on the way out for the evening. They kept excusing themselves repeatedly they are new to the job, which isn’t actually an acceptable excuse.

Breakfast was good and varied. Room was very well decorated and comfortable. Location is great: walking distance to pretty much everything.

The staff is exceptionally welcoming, providing clear explanations. The breakfast buffet offered good-quality options, including vegan choices, which were greatly appreciated. And they were opened to expanding the options. Although the hotel is newly opened and still working out some details, its quiet location close by is a plus. The room was incredibly cozy, with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities.

On the first day, when we entered the room, a very heavy smell, from the sewage, was inside. We had to leave the windows open, and we went for a small walk. After that, the smell didn't appear in the next few days. Our room was on the last floor ( attic - 4th) but the elevator is only until the 3rd floor. When you have big luggage, it could be a problem. The access road, from the main street to the hotel, is from gravel and mad. When there is snow, it is not a problem, but we had some sunny days and the road was "melted".

The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the place was clean. Breakfast was exactly how it should be. You have many options to choose from. The personnel are very polite and happy to help you if you need

Even if was nice decorated some items were either not functional like TV, the courtains in the first room allocated simply felt down. Also there was no cleaning in the room after the first night. Too expensive for what it was offering.

The bed mattress was awful for us, too soft, as we have some medical issues, it caused back pain for several days. Also pillows were flat, causing neck pain in the morning. We could not rest properly at all. Our room was too narrow, organized to look pretty, but not so practical - small wardrobe cabinet, small bedside tables etc. (we had to keep our stuff in the luggage, on the floor). Some of these issues could be fixed - e.g. if the owners upgrade the sleeping facilities and buy a luggage rack for the room. The construction site nearby was causing too much noise sometimes, day time.

This small hotel is very near to the center of Poiana Brasov, very new and well built. Clean, properly warmed rooms and with nice looking interior designs. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast at our hotel was fair, we always arrived near end of the breakfast hours, so it was less crowded but also less options to choose from. On-site free parking is a great asset, as Poiana Brasov can be costly in terms of parking options. There is a bus station nearby, where you can catch a bus ride to the gondola (for ski and hikes) or to Brasov (for city sight-seeing and more restaurants). Capra Cable Lift is in walking distance, 10 mins away. In Poiana we only enjoyed the dinner at Stana Turistica Sergiana, so I cannot recommend anything else in terms of food. During weekend the hotel becomes crowded (at breakfast and parking). Very interesting self-checkin and self-checkout experience.
