It was clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful. We had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast, to catch a flight. Staff were very kind and got us some fruit from the kitchen for our toddler

A great hotel in Craiova. There is free parking right outside the hotel in a secure area. The receptionist has to let you in. The room was very big and had a lovely, big comfortable bed. Its spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay including a fridge. There is also aircon and the room was centrally heated. A TV on the wall. A large bathroom and large shower with lots of hot water. There is also a desk. Great wifi. We had the breakfast included and there was a lot to choose from. The coffee machine did great coffee too and it was hot!

Our check-in experience, our first impression of the hotel, was not good. The young woman at the desk (at 2 pm 5/18) seemed to have an attitude. She must not have looked at our reservation, because she gave me a key to an apartment, and I said we should have two rooms (we were four people), she said, "You have an apartment!" So, I thought the "apartment" must have two bedrooms, which is what we needed. She did not tell us there was a small elevator, so we carried all our luggage up two flights, and saw that the "apartment" only had one bedroom. Then I looked at my confirmation email, and went back down to the desk, and showed it to her. Then she gave us another key for another room nearby, but tried to blame me for not telling her we had two rooms. This was a very disappointing start to an otherwise nice hotel stay. The other staff with whom we had contact were nice and professional.

We are just passing through Romania and we stayed only one night but I totally recommend the place. The whole hotel is very artistic and creative. The reception smells awesome, the room was cleanand warm and cozy and beautiful and the staff very friendly and polite. A huge advantage the parking spot as it is impossible to find something in the nearby area. You can pre-order what'd you like for breakfast and I have to say that I loved the orange juice. In general I loved it!

I didn't like the fact that, during our stay, the automatic door key was not working and we had to use a manual key. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'm sure the team will fix it shortly.

Room is spacious, high ceiling, nice furnitured, the bed was comfy , quiet place. Food is good , well prepared and tasty. The personnel is helpfull.
