There is nothing not to like about this lovely hotel

A beautiful hotel in a great spot away from the bustle of city but east access to see the old town sights. The staff were exceptional on all levels from parking the car to reception duties to serving breakfast.

There’s nothing I could say we didn’t like. If anything I’d like to have a splash zone/pool so cooling off in the summer heat would’ve been an option.

In a quiet location. Beautiful views over the city. Slightly out of centre but within easy reach of the old town. Stunning chandeliers, architecture and beautiful bedrooms and lounges/terraces.

The Hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were stunning. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Location wise a quick uber to anywhere central. the hotel is located in a nice quiet area with incredible views and lovely indoor/outdoor restaurant

We had a really great time at Suter Palace. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, lots of tasty options and really fresh. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bucharest

breakfast so poor, it is not near the some area where you can walk, restaurant is little bit expensive with small portion, but you can walk and take other restaurants

Room doors very very thin and noisy. Dont forget to bring your earplugs if someone of the other guests wants to party on the corridor.

It would be nice if the hotel could start breakfast service as of 7h30; the coffee was not that great.

I liked the historic vibe of this hotel; the staff , especially at reception, bar and breakfast, were very nice. The decoration in the bedrooms but also in the common areas is very tastefully done; we had dinner and the food was excellent.

This is a fabulous hotel and was such a treat for us. We arrived rather late and decided to eat in the restaurant for convenience. So glad we did! Even though it was 9pm, it was warm enough to eat outside on the balcony, overlooking the Romanian parliament as the sun set. The waiters were very professional, kind and friendly. Delicious food and lovely memories. Wonderful selection for breakfast which we also enjoyed in the beautiful garden. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Our room was oddly warm. I couldn't find any direct heat source radiating heat and the air conditioning/opening of windows did very little to help the situation. I could have asked to move rooms, but we were already settled in.

Probably the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. Room, especially the bathroom, was beautiful with a great view of the parliament palace. Breakfast was exceptional, great buffet options as well as cooked to order dishes. The eggs benedict was the highlight. Service at breakfast was particularly good. Really happy with the free parking options. Central Bucharest is located a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel or 10 mins in an Uber. Highly recommended.

A charming historic boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. The Restaurant food was delicious food with elegant presentation. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive and went above and beyond, making the stay perfect. Thank you all.

Unfortunately in the very cosy and nice dehor there is constantly some loud music while I'd personally prefer some silence or at least something less invasive. My room was nice and spacious but to be honest very difficult to darken so I woke up at sunrise and no way to rest.

Very nice boutique hotel with a lot of atmosphere and a very kind staff. I personally enjoyed the old style decor and also the food and breakfast was fine.

A point of improvement to be considered is the housekeeping. Not so up to the standards. Maybe to reconsider the hours that the restaurant closes (a pity to put guests in pressure).

The decoration, the ambiance with very good music, the breakfast (although improvements could be made), the style, the calm although in the city, the restaurant staff, the breakfast personnel.. (especially Bogdan who looks like an Italian)
