The stairs are very steep - be warned if you have children or mobility issues. The car parking was a little way from the cabin - this isn't a problem, but we were advised to drive down to drop off our stuff and reverse back up the hill. If we had realised how steep it was before we started, we would have just carried stuff down. The reverse was not easy on the clutch of the car.

The location is wonderful - beautiful views of the peaceful mountains. Everything in the cabin is very high end - it was a luxurious experience and had everything we needed.

The owner let us know that we could reach the cabin by car to upload the luggage but then we would have to drive backwards to the parking place. In theory that's an option and I'm sure it's doable for some cars, but not our car. We almost overheated and broke the clutch by trying to drive backwards up a steep gravel hill. Eventually we got there but it was very stressful. We contacted the owner about it and he eventually arranged for someone with a better car to pick up our luggage and take it to the car when we checked out. The man was a real gentleman, even offering to carry our luggage. Caution is advised when driving there with your own car. It might be easier to back up to the cabin first and then drive forward on the steep gravel road, but for our car, that would have been tricky as well. The owner said he'd take it into account in the future. I understood we weren't the first people with this problem. Also, the booking site says there is AC. There is a unit for climate control but the AC isn't connected appearantly so it can get a bit warm, especially in the upper area where the bed is. The stairs to the bed were quite steep and not regular stairs. It can be difficult to get up and down, especially if you are not that mobile. And even though I loved the dogs, I know not everyone is a dog lover. Some people are even afraid. There are lots of neighbourhood dogs walking around freely around the cabin, the parking lot and the road towards the cabin so if you are afraid of dogs, keep this in mind.

It's a beautiful and luxurious cabin (nr2). The gorgeous pictures don't even do it justice. The cabin has an amazing view and has everything you could need and want, like a beautiful bathroom incl a bathtub, a bbq, a complete kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooking gear etc. It has a lovely little fireplace that heats very well. The cupboards are even filled with extra things you could need like toilet paper, tooth brushes and toothpaste, make up remover, a puzzle for entertainment etc. The atmosphere is also very cosy with the way the stairs and cabins are lit up at night. It's also very quiet around (except for the occasional bark from the cute and friendly neighbourhood dogs but we only heard them one night, other nights were quiet). There were a few dogs near the cabin who loved some cuddles and were very friendly and used to seeing visitors. They would sometimes walk with us to the car, greet us when arriving from an excursion and they also came to the door every morning to try and get some cuddles in. The breakfast in the morning arrived in a cute basket and was very traditional and lovely. It contained bread, meats cheeses, some veggies, butter, a homemade jam, juice and fresh cow's milk (milked that morning). One morning there were also fresh eggs. It even has a little desert every morning. Before arriving the owner sent us a message containing information about the stay. It contained a link for online check in but he also included information on where to eat at night, like the small local restaurant the Barn which had amazing tradianal Romanian food, but also phone numbers of locals who could cook for you at their places. We visited one local who gave us a lovely Romanian meal and everyone we met there was so friendly and welcoming. He also included a place for bike rental, horse riding and a place where you can make and/or paint pottery. The owner was easy to reach in case of problems or questions.

Location is remote and the road there is gravel, quite steep at times. Access by car to cabin stairs is possible, but going back to the parking area (aprox 200m away)must be in reverse(not enough room to turn; I actually had better experience reversing downhill -some drinving skill needed- to the cabin and driving uphill normally, than reversing uphill and experiencing cluch burn)

Exceptional cabin in a heavily wooded area, well lit and exquisitely quiet. Breakfast delivered at the door, excelent food. 2 additional cabins in the area but the orientation is such that it offers privacy

I experienced a slight discomfort with the stairs, but that was only because i am eight months pregnant. I apologize for leaving fingerprints on the glass railing. 😊

Nested within the peaceful woods, this cabin offers a serene escape from city life. Fully equipped with every comfort imaginable, it's the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Immaculately clean and adorned with thoughtful touches, this cabin exudes charm from every corner. Easily accessible by car, yet far enough from the city rush, it strikes the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. The lovable dogs on the property added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Our host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect.

Breakfast, although served very nice, could be improved.

Stăjerii Verzi is memorable. It is a gem hidden in the heart of nature. The location is excellent, the property is extraordinary - they took care of every little detail and everything is premium quality. One might think you don't need this when going in nature but once you get there, you will surely appreciate it. Once you get there you feel very relaxed and forget that time exists. The fireplace creates an marvelous feeling.

    Nothing not to like

One of the best places I’ve been in Romania. The villas are new, the materials used to build them are premium, and the owner used excellent attention to details. I was really impressed of the quality of the villa, and I think the photos don't do it justice.I's hard to believe enyone will find this place anything less than 10. the area is great for walks, and the view is amazing. Breakfast delivered every morning at the door in cute baskets. Friendly dogs as neighbours😁 excellent comunication with the owner. I definitly recomand this place, and also ask you to respect it, as it is perfect in my opinion.

    Everything was great.

The location, the surroundings, the close vecinity to viewpoints. The crisp design, the fully equiped kitchen, including gas barbecue, the central heating system and continuous hot water, things which seem ordinary, but they can be scarce given the remote location. The host is really friendly and gives alevery information needed for an imersing experience.

Amazing place, built with all comfort in mind. We enjoyed all the details inside and outside. Plus the area which is super beautiful. Lots of sockets to charge our devices (which 90% of hotels or accommodations seem to have a hard time covering), all tools and items needed both in kitchen and bathroom (full set of Rituals in bathroom, not just the minuscule ones offered in general… even toothpaste&toothbrushes), various type of glases, cups, plates various size, pots, cutlery, washing machine in the kitchen. Evrthng needed for using the grill on the terrace or lighting the fireplace, beanbag, hammock, elegant lamps, etc. We went in spring but had a bit of bad luck with a lot of snow and minus temperatures. However, we did not feel at all affected as it was very nice temp inside, warm water at all times so no trouble at all. The central heating worked like a charm. Also, the cabin is spacey and really cozy. Can’t wait to come back. All staff and the owner are super hospitable and make you feel at home.

The staircase required extra attention stepping down during the night or going to bed after an extra glass of wine :)

Beautiful and clean, wonderful view, endowed with everything we needed. Perfect for a romantic get-away in a remote location far from the city noise. Bring supplies because there are no shops in the area, and the outdoor barbecue offers the perfect opportunity to combine grilling with stargazing. Breakfast is provided in a basket every morning. What a sweet way to greet customers every morning.
