We liked the room, very clean, spacious, comfy, the location is good, close to the park Herastrau, at 6 km. Very nice the stuff, also at the reception and at the breakfast area, there was a man very fun and attentive to our needs.🍀🍀🍀

Location was very good for us. Breakfast could have had a better spread of food e.g pancakes, bacon and mushrooms and possibly someone available to make mushroom omelettes for us. However, the staff were very helpful at breakfast and in other ways.

The staff were nice, however, sometimes not there and one had to wait for 5 minutes. This is totally OK, but if you need something before you leave it could be inconvenient.

I had a very big room. Everything available that is needed. Very comfortable, the location is also convenient depending on where one needs to go.

They forgot to clean up the bin in the bathroom before our arrival. The shower didn't have the holder for the shower arm and there was no curtain so all the water would come out. Breakfast was quite modest (e.g. no fruit), and they didn't put more eggs when running out. One day there was not even milk for the coffee.

Room was very spacious and had a kettle and courtesy tea/coffee. The location is close to city centre so easy to walk to. It had thick curtains to avoid a lot of light coming in. There was air conditioning which is good for the summer. The staff Irina was kind and helpful.

The rooms on the street-facing side, like the one I stayed in, have no curtains in the bathroom, so if you’re showering or sitting on the toilet, the neighbors can see you.

Everything. Room was not clean. Lots of hair under the sheets. Bathroom and room smelling horrible. Shower with Luke warm only. Not hot. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Old, dirty and scratched furniture. Uncomfortable bed and stinky pillows. Breakfast was horrible, not fresh and no variety at all. Reception service completely horrible, arrived and there was nobody there, had to walk around and wait 5 minutes for someone to arrive. Nobody in the reception after 8pm. Overall was a complete disaster and I strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned or visited by any staff. The shampoo and shower gel weren't replaced and that was barely enough for 2 people for one night. one of the mirrors was fixed in a very precarious way, one of the bed side lamps was broken. Overall cleanliness wasn't great.

The rooms where spacious, the beds very comfy. Fridge and Kettle in the room. Breakfast was varied enough and coffee was good.
