The bed is awful and needs to be changed or fixed, the tables under the mattress are misplaced and the mattress has 0 foam so the combination of both was awful to get some rest.

The location is amazing, also the communication and the autonomous check in the studio has all the necessary to spend some nice days

One of the couches is not very comfortable and the living room have see through curtains so in the morning it gets really bright and it disturbs your sleep.

Very spacious with 1 double bed and 2 sofas that turn into double beds. The bathroom also is great with jacuzzi.

Spacious room and bed, equipped kitchen and big fridge, air conditioning and an extra heating machine if needed. The bath water was hot, nice view from the balcony and quiet at night. The apartment is just 2 minutes from the main street and only 5minutes from bus and metro station. Very clean sheets and floor. The owners take very good care of the apartment!

Most of the apartment was clean, but maybe some parts of it would require a little bit more of attention.

The location is excellent, very close to Piata Romana, with metro and bus stations nearby, restaurants, Mega Image. The place has all the facilities needed and the communication with the owner was good, he helped me in a situation that appeared.

The toilet wasn’t flushing, cistern was very inconsistent, not filling up. Mechanism not working. The apartment wasn’t very clean,the mirrors were very dirty, and all the glasses and cutlery were not very clean.

Location was good, the spa bath was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and apartment was big.

The location exceeded my expectations, offering numerous nearby coffee shops and markets for convenient mornings and enjoyable exploration of local culture. The abundance of amenities added a comfortable touch to my stay. The area was incredibly quiet and safe, creating a relaxing environment where I could unwind without disturbances. The strategic location also made reaching various destinations a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of my visit.

The bathroom: the bath tube was appalling. There was no shelf where to put the toothbrush and a comb, there were no hand soap, shampoo etc.

Strong smell of pigeon poo, plus the only window in the property looked out into a dark, dank central well (a very unpleasant sight and the location of the pigeon guano).

The furniture is depreciated. Cleanliness was not of high quality. There is no parking space. In front of the block there are 3 parking spaces for the entire building, which are always occupied. You can park wherever you find around the building, but everything is a paid parking area and you can't leave the car for more than 2 hours.

Excellent location. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Many public transport stops nearby. The apartment is wide and has everything you need.

Located in a very old building. The room smelled bad. I got a room with very, very little sunlight If you need to work, it is very uncomfortable; the only table is very low It rained and the pipes were leaking (attached pictures) And you have to pay only cash, which is uncomfortable.

I liked that it was in the city center.

Check in was a nightmare. I do not recommend this place.

Beware! The check in was a nightmare. I never received instructions so went to the only address they supplied which was wrong. Called the number and spoke to a very rude and impatient man. Instead of trying to help me, he repeatedly accused me of not reading his instructions. Had to walk a mile to the apt. The instructions were not accurate. I was yelled at every time I asked a question. The worst experience ever. The apt was ok.
