The building exudes quality. A beautiful, thoughtful building on a quiet street in the centre of town. The service was low key, friendly and professional. Food was excellent. A lovely place to stay.

To be honest… the bathroom was very basic, the composition of the room and the furniture is from last century and I would give 1 star overall for the room itself. The lady at the check-in desk was quiet nice and friendly. As well as some of the staff from the kitchen.

Not satisfied at all. Booked a honey moon room and got a family room on the second floor… with three beds… don’t get it. Paid 30% for a nicer room and not happy at all. Had to leave 30 minutes after check-in.

Bathroom did not have enough toiletries. Toilet paper holder was broken, exhaust ventilator didn't work also it was really dirty. The shower did not work correctly the water was flowing through the shower and faucet at the same time. There were no mosquitoes nets and no AC so you couldn't leave tho window open. The room was just above the kitchen and all the smells were coming into the room. The bed was not good at all, old style spring type mattress, not comfortable. Minibar was really dirty! The matress was uncomfortable, anyone with athsma or breathing issues can be affected by the wood fires and coal burning in the city.

- There was a party on the our floor (2nd), right on the corridor next to my room, with baloons, snacks and drinks, kids running on the corridor and yelling. I contacted the reception via phone around 22:00 asking if they are aware of this and how long is goona take because i needed to sleep and my 7 years old kid also. The receptionist seemd like he knew abaout this (maybe the arrangement was made by the hotel staff) but nothing happened until 22:40 when finnaly the party participants went to their rooms. I travelled a lot during my life and had different accomodations type from AirBnB, Hostels and luxury hotels but never encountered a PARTY in the 2nd Floor of a hotel while the restaurant was empty. - Breakfeast was poor

The hotel is under renovation, they are building another level above the existing ones. In practice, after eight o'clock, the noise is unbearable. It would be a minimum requirement if they would communicate this information to the clients in time. Since I stayed here due to a wedding, the morning wake-up call after only 3 hours of sleep was rather unpleasant.

I can start by saying that the expectations were not met due to the fact that it says in the description that is an apartment in hotel service and in reality it is not. The host gave us 2 towels / person / entire stay and if we wanted to ask for more it would have been for an extra cost, which is not normal. Also they don't offer any cleaning services, no private balcony, very late check-in and no option for luggage deposit, so half a day was waisted due to that fact. I can say that is very expensive for the services they have to offer, furthermore it was out of season time. Above all, they ask for an early deposit which had to be returned after 12 days after we left. It's been 2 months and we still haven't received our deposit saying that it is the bank problem not theirs, which in reality is not.

The appartment was ok, the beds are very confortable, the living rom has a stunning view and you can find everything that you need in this appartment.
