Everything is a little bit old, at this price shall be much modern and new. The walls are not so good, You can hear almost everything from the nextdoor .

Everything was perfect. The room is large and clean, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good. The hotel has a large free car parking. The staff is kind and polite.

A lot of missunderstanding at the reception! I had a request that was sokved but next day the same thing! No attention to the client! Water coming out of the bathroom when using shower!

You could see that in the past this hotel was a 4*! But now, you can see they do not care to invest! Everything is old, rusty and rugged!

It is near the main road and it was quite loud even at night because of the nearby traffic.

There was a Nespresso compatible coffee machine in the room (#501), which was broken.

This hotel has a generous parking lot, easy to access when arriving from Predeal. We got a room on the 5th floor, noise level from the road was acceptable to very low. All rooms are large and well furnished, very clean. Some of the furniture items show signs of wearing, from previous guests. Breakfast was diverse and has both cold and hot options, generous. Our stay was comfortable and met the needs.

The air conditioning was not turned on. Our room was a sauna. I sweat all night and got very little sleep. When I asked at the front desk, there was no concern to the dilemma. No offer of fan or anything. I would have rated this hotel better, except for that one issue.

Location was good in relation to where I needed to go. The restaurant and staff are exceptional. One of the best meals I have had. Breakfast choice was plentiful.

When we got into the room, it looked like was not prepared for new guests: food rests on the floor, toilet bowl was not cleaned (but it was marked as sanities), toothpaste in the sink, 2 out of 3 towels looked like used before. Second day the towels issue was solved, we got 6 clean ones, but still the room floor was not cleaned.

The room was large enough, furniture is not so new, but good. Bed, even it was very high, it was large enough for 2 adults and a 6y child. Bathroom looks nice and everything was working fine. The restaurant is clean and the breakfast was providing multiple options. Nice mountain view.
