Downstairs, female restaurant staff were more amiable/ competent than male, but found this generally applicable to most of Brasov. Incorrect drinks received on 3 occasions. Charge for alternative milk. - Americans wearing caps inside - Americans not using their inside voice when inside.

Very friendly and proffessional staff, especially Petru the cleaner and Katarina the receptionist. Nice food, very clean and cozy rooms and the beatiful view on the whole city from the swimming top on the roof.

Would prefer a parking lot next to hotel but it worked fine with the parking lot 10 min away on foot.

Hotel walking distance to all downtown of Brasov. Room confortable. We didn't try the breakfast as we were leaving early.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Aurum. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Brașov’s historic center, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay — from check-in to restaurant service. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and we loved spending time at the rooftop bar and pool with its amazing city and mountain views. Bonus points for the hotel's unique mix of modern architecture and historic elements, like the old city wall integrated into the wine cellar. Highly recommended if you're looking for a premium hotel with style and substance in Brașov.

It was not exactly something that we did not like but rather something that was unfortunate, the door to the bathroom was a bit tricky to open and close :)

Everything was amazing. The room, the bed, the location and the breakfast. We've been there for 3 nights for the Jazz festival which was very near and everything was perfect.

Good place located in a central area, the staff very well, they had a wedding on the terrace the day I arrived and I could not use the terrace but in return, they gave me a late check out so i could use the next day

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. The rooftop bar and pool are a nice touch to the place. The room was very comfortable with a good size to it. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would be coming back next time when we visit Brasov.

. Staff was very nice, apart from one time. We we were asked not to bring our on wine to the roof top, and we're not able to sit together as a fanlmoly, because the would allow us to bring several tables together. At the rooftop there is the pool, and there were no signs saying you can't bring your on wine there. It felt rude. We changed our location to the lobby, there the staff was very very nice.

Our initial room was next to the elevator, which was used many times during a Friday night, so the sound woke us up us at times. However the staff was very accommodating and professional and offered us a new, much more quiet room, when we raised the issue.

Breakfast was exceptional, rooms very comfortable and the pool area was great for lounging and relaxing. I really enjoyed the marbled bathroom and the shower as well.
