+fair price for accommodation + a lot of modern technology +the most friendly staff I have ever met in a hotel! +free on-site parking +very clean rooms +bottled drinking water in the room +a good breakfast with quality products +beautiful, minimalist design with clean lines +although the hotel has been open for a few years, it still looks very fresh! +plenty ,spacious and silent elevators +pleasantly surprised by the evening tea left in a thermos in the room

– the pillows are not comfortable, too big and firm, hard to sleep on – the mattress is quite hard – the hotel looks too good not to have an espresso machine in the room – already standard in hotels of this level – I had to book through Booking.com because I couldn’t reserve two rooms directly on the hotel’s website

Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces in front and behind the hotel (and even in the nearby shopping complex if needed). The room was modern, clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a safe. Reception staff were very friendly. The location is great: right next to a big shopping complex and “MA PIZZA” in the Coresi area, plus just a short Uber ride to the old town.

The “Do Not Disturb” system doesn’t really work once you remove the card, so housekeeping still entered—even twice in one day. They left a thermos with tea on the second visit, which felt more like an excuse to come in. Honestly, I’d prefer no tea and no extra visit. The minibar was overpriced, breakfast not very varied, and at night the room felt colder than it should—although I set the AC to 24.5°C, when I came back it was 23.5°C, so the thermostat seemed inaccurate or overridden.

A bit far from the lovely old town

Very clean rooms and common spaces were very well taken care of. Slippers, shampoos, showers gels of good quality. Hi tech rooms. Perfect breakfast, parking, everything was great.

Absolutely amazing! One of the best Hotels we have ever been. Clean, new, good location for us (but it is a bit far from the historic city centre, so we travelled by Bolt). Comfortable bed. The breakfast is great!

We were out all day and found on return a thermos filled with chamomile tea and some cookies. It was a very thoughtfull "good night" wish that we highly appreciated it.

This hotel was exceptional, staff was extremly nice, i had to children under two, and the staff there was wonderful, got us an extra crib in less then 5 minutes even though it was not 100% needed. Rooms are very big and clean, and the beds were extremly good to sleep in.
