Washing machine broken Kitchen utensils dirty and not enough Broken coffee machine Toilet sitting on a brick Advertised as 3 bedroom was expecting 2 separate bedrooms and a living area but one bedroom with double bed and very large uncomfortable sofas then a double bed instead of the living area with a small sofa in the kitchen. No curtains on the windows Broken lamps I would not stay here again

What you see is not what you get. Briefly, pictures of location posted on website are very different than ones from physical location. For sure we will not revert. Location we stayed could become a cozy place with some serious improvements.

Apartment was wery bad. Floor was dirty. Dishes was dirty. The bet on one room was broken. Dish draver was broken. The wifi is not working. And a lot of more bad things..... The owner of spartmen rent for us two apartment on tbe one and the same adres. And only after a lot of tolks, manadge to claim another apartment, how we come there two familys, on the one and the same adres. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.

The location is good but the place has nothing to do with the features and pictures on the site. The place is not in a good shape at all. We had no cutlery or cookware. I and the crew were overall poorly impressed by the host that treated us unpolite and disrespectful just because we were young(18). I most certainly do not recommend this accommodation. I really do not understand how this kind of people and places are on this platform and no amount of bad reviews matter when filtered on this site.

Everything is old and shabby, the place needs major renovation. Central heating is poorly set up and makes constant unnecessary noise. Shower looks unsanitary . There is a bad smell first time when you open the door, an "old house" smell (seems to be common in this type of houses , it was the same in Sibiu near "Piața mare" )

I could not get inside of the property. I called for 3h nobody picked up, then they closed their phone. Eventually after 3h I booked a different accommodation and asked for a refund and they answered at last. I have already booked another place because I was tired of waiting outside and they would not refund me. Horrible experience. Booking said I was entitled for a refund but after calling customer service 3 times, I still have not received a refund as the property keeps denying the request.

All the apartment. Where to start, there was a big hole in a middle of the wall on the shower, the apartment was previously host a couple with a dog and the dog urinate on the walls and the stain was there, visible on the walls. The seats were yellow, not white, with stain on them. The smell on the apartment was on the animals' urinate. In front of the room was a dead mouse(thank good that the mouse was not inside the apartment ). Call the owner to change the sheets, and he only did it to insult us. The chair's was damaged (I think by the animals that's was previously there), and the funniest part was that there was a message by the owner to us " Please clean after yourself, take the trash, broom and clean the dust before you leave !" DO NOT MAKE.THE SAME MISTAKE, DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT !

Run away! Its my last time booking with Booking,as i had an awful experience with this property.First they sent me to this address only to find no key and be told that a confusion was made and sent away to a new one with the most horrible apartment i have even seen in my life,broken windows,cracking floors,dirty,old looking place,when i wanted to plug the night light all the light tripped and ended up in darkness for a good one hour as it was the main switch,no photos look at all like the actual thing.My fault is that I didn’t read the reviews and paid for it.Booking apologized but ended up in nothing concrete and i had to rebook (as i was with kids) and lost all my money.Never again!

It was difficult to find, they didn’t have the correct building number on the information, we had to ask many people around to try to find the location technically it’s in building 6 apartment 7 the walk way is next to Dracula and some pizza place, also picture didn’t match the ones on booking.com

The mattress that looked as it it had been dragged here from the dirtiest street in Mumbai. The tiny bed sheet barely covered the Mumbai mattress and the unknown contents of it, the pillows were ancient, at least we are not sure those were even pillows. The CDC might not even have the name of all germs, fungae and bacteria lurking in that bed.

That we laughed a lot about how dirty it is, that we went into the shower both to help eachother wash, since the showerholder was broken. Surprise! No soap! Aaaaaand: there were more TVs than towels. The relic we found must have been stolen from a dog or something.

This must have been the filthiest place that I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting. This place shouldn't be listed on Booking. The furniture is all broken, dirty and unkept (the bed creaks as if it's going to give its last breath every time you move), the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and was extremely dirty (we had to clean the shower ourselves before even stepping inside), the kitchen has a filthy hood range and the furniture is falling apart, the bedroom was cold, dusty and the walls were full of scratches. The towels were old and ripped, the linens were so sheer, you could see the stains on the mattress and the duvets were also stained. The heater was turning off randomly so we were cold half the night and could only take 2 min showers until the water turned freezing cold.
