An idyllic location for myself, right next to the station, but quiet. We'll definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here before, the hotel is very convenient for Piatra Neamt station, but is also in a central part of the city with good access to the cable car as well. The booking was confirmed by phone on the day, this allowing for peace of mind for both parties. All in all, a perfect one night stay, the only pity being that they were full for the night following otherwise we'd have made the stay longer.

We had a lovely time at Lido , location is very good as we have the train station just behind the hotel and also the bus station is very close, about 5-10 minutes to walk to city centre and the staff was very nice and friendly.

The only two things I can think about are that the Wi-Fi was a bit choppy, I could not get a good connection all the time and the other thing is but that I think depends on the room you get is that it is next to a pretty busy road and if you have trouble sleeping while cars are passing by it can get a bit loud.

The place was great! I had everything I needed. The bed was really good, if you wish they clean your room every day if you put up the sign, the location as well, it's literally next to the train station and pretty close to the city center. The bathroom was also great and there is a blow-dryer, towels and soap. The place overall is very clean and the staff were great and very helpful.

No AC in the room and keeping the windows open was not an option because the street was very noisy even during the night. If the weather is not very hot so you can sleep with the windows closed the room is excellent.

Everything!!!! The best location, right in the centre of Piatra-Neamț, next to the entrace to telecabina (cable cars). There are a lot of supermarkets and cafeteria nearby - Kaufland, Mall, Lidl, etc... The rooms are spacious and clean!!! The host was welcoming and polite. Parking space in front of the hotel. We will travel again to Piatra-Neamț in summer and we will definitely choose Lido again!!! We can't wait to visit Piatra-Neamț and Cheile Bicazului!!!

Can't fault the hotel for anything.

I've stayed at the Pensuinea Lido before, so I knew what to expect. knew the location to be very convenient for the station, and to expect a call from the property during the day to confirm that I was still on track to visit. Although it was a year since my last visit, nothing has changed, the hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were polite and efficient, and I had a good night's sleep leaving refreshed the following morning.
