There was nothing I didn’t like

We only stayed one night, but the massage chair made me think I could easily stay a whole week, haha. The room was excellent, everything of high quality. I really loved the coffee corner with candy, and the bathroom had literally everything you might need — not every hotel offers such a full set these days. Bravo! And again, the massage chair — a fantastic bonus. The room is definitely worth every penny!!!

The provided toiler paper was of poor quality, quite thin and short, I had to ask for more rolls, but I also ran out of them by the end of my stay. The water closet was not the best, I had to flush multiple times in order to clean it properly. The sink's plug often gets stuck so you have to lift it up manually so that water is drained. Last but not least, a regular chair and a table could be added, as I would've liked to sit somewhere else besides the bed, bean bag or massage chair.

The property felt very premium, the beds were very comfortable. The addition of the massage chair really made the whole experience better, especially after a long day of walking and standing up.

The only downside is the fact that there is no dedicated parking lot/space. Parking is available for free right next to a school, but if there are no spaces there is tricky.

The massage chair was really great. The room was nice but a little too small for all the furniture and the chair. the mini fridge was filled with goodies (and at a reasonable price). AC was a big plus too as it gets hot. Overall good price/services ratio, and close to the train station if you're not travelling by car.

Unclear check-in instructions. Initial message from the property was to register on some shady website. Tried that, didn't even work. Talked to the host and they weren't even aware of the check-in app they recommended. Parking isn't really available within reasonable distance, at least not legally, especially if you have to carry around luggage.

Nice and quiet location. Massage chair was a nice touch.

Fantastic place to stay in for a few days. Very close to the train station In case you want to go for a day trip to Sinaia/Peleș Castle. Have supermarkets nearby. Not too far from the city center. Bolt is quick and cheap. By far the best thing is the chair massage

It says that the property has free parking but it has not, they guided us to park on the other side of the road and it's against the law in Romania to park on the walking area.

A good place , the massage chair is very nice bonus, it's very close to supermarket and a huge market place, close to city center, very nice place.

Maybe the lack of parking space on the property, we parked across the street.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, the massage chair was divine after a day of tourism. Also, the free minibar and the basement with free coffee and tea. The shopping centre was very near.

It's nothing I can say. Maybe the lack of reception service 24/7 but you really don't need it. Everything you want to know, you will find out on the phone or from the very nice, polite and involved woman from cleaning service.

For the first time in my travels experience in Romania, I paid for a 3 stars hotel and I found a 4 stars hotel. The massage chair in the room, is for free and it's gorgeous. If you want a bottle of wine, you have to go down on the stairs, turn on the light on the right side of the wall, enter the wine celler, on the left, turn on the light on the right wall and choose your bottle of wine, for only 35 lei. In the basement you will also find the coffee machine and tea, for free. The bar in the room is for free. Everywhere in the hotel smells nice and clean. They have pizza delivery at the adress for a fair price. You will pay extra only for the wine and you have to let the money for it, in the room, when you leave. The TV is smart, big and curved. Every information you need, you will receive on the phone. The parking is free, 100 meters away, on the oposite side of the road. P.S. I think it's for the first time when I appreciate a location with 10. Congrats! This is the way an accomodation business should be made! For now, you will be all the time my choice in Brasov! I am really impressed!

More attention could have been paid to cleaning up the room. There was some some spots with imperfections.

A very nice room with a comfortable bedroom which includes a massage chair that it is a great idea to feel relaxed. The bathroom was okay too and it had body and face care items. For its price it was a wonderful room, it made it feel luxurious because of the massage chair and the whole bedroom that is was quite comfortable.
