I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kokel, and I cannot express how satisfied we were with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, especially from the lovely lady at the reception who made us feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any questions or requests truly set the tone for our stay. The accommodation was fantastic! Our room clean, and had everything that you need. The bathroom was also clean. The bed was comfortable for sleeping The Spa was also great. It's small but again everything was very clean and was very warm. Breakfast was another delightful aspect of our stay. The buffet was rich and varied, offering a wide selection of delicious options to suit all tastes. A big plus for us was that our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel and Baum Restaurant. This made our stay even more enjoyable, knowing our furry friend was included in our getaway.

Maybe the pillows, because they are too soft for me...

It's my third time at Pension Kokel and I belive it says it all. Beautiful location, quiet place. Even if there was an event going on at the restaurant nearby on the same evening, the room that I received was very quiet, as I asked. A good size and a sunny room with a very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very good and diverse breakfast with traditional food. Loved the homemade jam every time.

The allocated double room was not as advertised on Booking. It was not suitable for 2 adults as the bed was situated against the wall and could not be moved.. We upgraded to a deluxe double for an extra 7 euros which was not advertised on Booking. Parking is on the street across the road.

Breakfast was limited but ok. The restaurant next door is great with many options and tasty food.

This hotel was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Europe.very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were extremely clean, beds very comfortable, air conditioning worked great, bonus toiletries ( razor, toothbrush, comb, slippers, etc…) Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Outdoor tables& chairs to enjoy a few drinks! We Loved this place!! Thank you for a AMAZING STAY!!

A beautiful place, very modern but still a lot of history. The room was super clean with everything that you need. The breakfast delicious with such a variety. Super friendly and professional staff and waiters. The restaurant is super clean and the food the BEST. I do recommend the place with confidence and I know that I will come back someday.

The bed is very comfortable. Rooms are big enough for 2 people, fully equipped with all needed if you forget something at home (razor blade, comb, etc) And the best part of all: it’s pet friendly!

Nothing that I remember to complain

The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building, with a big terrace and a wood roof to provide shadow from the sun, the view is amazing, you are on top of the other houses, and you see directly the sea. The owners of the building, two brothers, are keeping the property very clean and reserved every day parking place for us. The parking is on the street, in front of the property. The room was clean and they cleaned it every single day. The beds are comfy and the room and the bathroom are big enough. Now, please do not imagine a 5 star hotel, yet it is a nice and comfy apartment, which provides a best ratio per what you pay. I can only say that in our 6 days there I had nothing to complain. It is nice and quiet, and has 2 very good traditional greek restaurants by 100 m walk, and also a supermarket very close to the property. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. I strongly recommend this property.

Only one misunderstanding from the accomodation side regarding the payment from booking.com. They have a system in place where for some reason they need to verify your card and the process was very shady in my eyes. Due to the fact that booking said that the payment was approved and everything from them was in order, but the accomodation still wanted to verify it. The communication regarding this process was a bit lacking, otherwise the stay was nice.

Excessive noise and bass vibrations that shook glassware in my room from a DJ downstairs until midnight pretty much ruined my stay.

Quality property with helpful staff. Elevator. Good breakfast with many different options. Adjacent to a good restaurant. Good shower.
