When we arrived to Constanta I tried to call to hotel but it was impossible to reach them. There is mosque nearby and during the prayer time it is somewhat loud (it seems it does not call during night tough as none of our group heard it during the night or early morning). There is club just across the street and you can hear bass from that during the night. We had 4 double rooms and each room has just one blanket. We asked for one room extra blanket but it was not possible to have it. The other lady at reception said that it is just one blanket per room and no extra ones available. The shower room floor is not built well so the water tends to flow to bathroom floor.

The hotel is located in old town of Constanta just at pedestrian street with tons of restaurants and bars. We arrived very early to Constanta, left luggage to train station and walked to hotel just to ask if we can take our luggage there before check-in (which officially is at 18:00). For our surprise the lady in reception was very helpful and we actually got our rooms already at 12:30. Hotel has Lebanese restaurant, which had very good foor and huge selection of middle eastern dishes. Breakfast is Lebanese style as well - there are 5 options available (boiled eggs, shakshuka, scrambled eggs, poached eggs etc. with toasts, olives, cheese, tomatoes etc). So do not expect buffet style breakfast there.

Probably I would mention the pillows, too stuffed for my liking. Mattresses is also on the soft side.

I had an issue with late check out but the manager found solution for us.

Great location near by old Town, walking distance to promenade, near by bars, shops and restaurants. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Staff very friendly and well organized. I could leave my suitcase at the reception after check out what was super helpful.

Don't understand the no outside food and drink liable for a 100 euro fine? Maybe that was for smoking? If you are larger than normal size you will not fit on the toilet (room 101). Sink and wall makes it narrow. You are only allowed two coffees at breafast!!!

It was right across a club and you could hear the music and the breakfast was not that great, the refill Was not done regurlarly

In the city center, about 15mins to the beach, nice receptionist and barman. For breakfast the water, coffee, tea were made and served by the bartender

As others mentioned you can hear the mosque throughout the day but you get used to it pretty quickly

I wish the hotel would have designated parking but being outside the peak summer season, it wasn't too bad to find a spot.

Supportive, polite, and problem solving stuff. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Situated in the historical center and at the same time at a walking distance from the promenade and turistic port. Great food in the restaurant.

Breakfast - limited, mainly Lebanese (since the restaurant is next to the hotel), but overrall pretty good; having the same type of food every morning wasn't that great or coming to breakfast around 9:30 (it was until 10) and finding empty trays wasn't that great either. Our room had no balcony.

- no close and easy-access sockets near the bed or around the room for charging the phone - despite overall cleanliness, there was dust on the heater on the bathroom, so I couldn't spread my towel to dry - breakfast was ok, but realistically not very diverse and high quality

- Friendly staff (I could drop my bag at the reception for a few hours despite the hotel not having a dedicated room for that) - location doesn't get better than that (I personally enjoyed the view to the mosque)

The shower wasn’t working properly, so the whole bathroom flooded pretty quickly.

Location is perfect for exploring Old Town and getting to Modern Beach. Room is spacious and felt luxurious. Breakfast was also great.
