Tiny elevator, lots of stairs at the entrance (less convenient for those with strollers). Lack of equipment in the kitchen.

Pros: - spacious apartment, ideal for families - great location, just behind Calea Victoriei - very good breakfast, served in a beautiful restaurant - parking available(90 RON/day) - overall very good value for money

The pool area. One of the reasons to choose this hotel and pay extra was the pool. The outdoor pool is part of a club that need additional fee, the indoor pool is kind of outside the hotel - you need to get out to the street to get there. when you arrive, the pool is more "olympic"\"professional" pool, and you need a swimming cap to swim at. there's a big hot tub outside, but it's i'snt a pool for leisure...

The Apt\room itself is great, big, spacious, clean. The beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities that you need. The location (and the ginger restaurant in the nearby hotel).

I wish I had taken earlier flight and had more time in room! Also, if you are tired layout of hotel a little confusing but in the morning I was fine.

I arrived tired and from a late flight at 01.00. I got an upgraded room overlooking the swimming pool which was beautifully spacious and clean and had water and a coffee machine. Extremely soundproof and I cannot say more about facilities as did not use pool or take breakfast. I really appreciate the upgrade as it makes me loyal to Radisson. Overlooking the swimming pool is nice to wake up to. Definitely recommend this hotel.

They need to create a ramp to enter the hotel. There are about 10 stairs from the road to hotel entrance. If you have luggage or stroller to carry is a bit inconvinient.

There is no drive through bay. No one helped with our suitcases. Had a long wait for check in because there was only one person at reception, took too long.

The sheets and the room can be cleaner.

The stuff we're very friendly and helpful. They even helped me with ordering a bolt taxi. The option to cancel a room on the same day when you order flex rate, was very usefull to us, because we changed the dates day before. I would like to give special thanks to Adriana that was very kind, helpfull and always with a smile. She is great on her job!
