Even though I have announced the time of my arrival, the heat was not on and it took all night for the room to be heated. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The room was big, comfortable bed, nice area with a pool table. Very close to the touristic attractions but in the same time a quiet area.

There was no hot water! So we couldn't take shower after the tracking day. Breakfast was based on menu, and it was poor cooked- I was scared to eat this omelette...

The room has a jacuzzi but I couldn’t figure out how to make it work. I waited quite some time for hot water to come in the shower.

Room is very spacious, confortable, clean and quiet. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Good local food.

The reception was unmanned almost consistently, there was no sign of drinks or dinner being produced despite advertised on b.com and on the signs as a hotel/restaurant: so we went out, 1st by walking to the nearest other hotel/restaurant but they had a private function so we then drove to ZEST near Bran (well recommended) The bathroom had one of those old fashion spa shower, jets from every direction that we didn't try the hot water took 10 mins to start, terrible waste of water but maybe our floor didnt have many people on it to use it.

Location was useful for the hills and Bran (if you want overcrowded tourism) though a busy-ish road and unfort for us the tarmac being ripped up. It was quiet. The room was a good size and the internet worked well. Thats said the room was a quirky bright orange everything and a very low bed and a bean bag which was comfy. Depends on your taste.

The room could do with a thorough cleaning. The bathroom floor looked quite dirty, the furniture was shabby and in need of replacement. As others have mentioned, you have to wait 5 minutes for the water to turn hot on the hot water tap. Also the hot tub is quite old and has clear signs of wear and tear. Last but not least the room smelled of cigarette smoke, event though it was advertised as a non smoking room... Limited options/variety for breakfast and the portions were quite small. Others have mentioned the creek behind the guesthouse: it's full of plastic and waste, it even has an old car carcass on the other side, so there is very little that's nice about it - too bad since it could be quite an addition to the whole experience if they clean it up. At 100 euros per room with no breakfast I am quite disappointed by this guesthouse.

The hosts and staff were so nice and welcoming. The car parking area got quite tight when the guesthouse was full. The guesthouse restaurant had a fair variety of options of lunch and dinner. The room was quite spacious.

Sound of the river, tasty food, big room with a small table good for wfh, all 10 minutes away from Amfiteatrul Transilvania, Cheile Gradistei, Pestera and 5 minutes away to hiking trails for Cascada Moara Dracului-Hornurile Malaiesti-Vf. Omu or 15-20 minutes away to Sat Pestera for Piatra Craiului

We had to wait 2,5 h for our dinner to be ready, it was very tasty but the cook is overwhelmed, he needs help. I felt sorry for the family with kids, they had also to wait like us, the poor kids were so hungry and unpatient after such a long time.
