The only thing I can think of that could be improved is that soundproofing could be better bearing in mind the proximity to the airport means people were coming and going and planes were flying over at all hours.

Clean room which had everything we needed. Helpful staff and a great airport shuttle minibus which we made use of. Provided everything we needed - somewhere clean and safe to sleep that was within easy reach of the airport

The hotel is quite basic, and the rooms feel a bit outdated. There’s no elevator, which I knew in advance and managed, but it could be an issue for others, especially with heavy luggage. While fine for a short stopover, I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

The hotel’s proximity to Otopeni airport and the excellent shuttle service made it a great choice for a quick rest after a late-night flight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering to store our luggage due to the short stay. For the low price, it met our needs well for a few hours of sleep before continuing our trip.

We had a small issue with staff. One of the persons (a young woman) was a perfect example how NOT to handle a tourist. Probably, was the end of her shift. The new person was a perfect example how to deal with an unusual situation, and to deal with a problem raised by a tourist. He was one of the best professionals, this summer we met (including the staff of 4-5 hotels from USA, Canada, with at least 4*). The hotel is a bit noisy, due to the nearby airport, and we experienced few types smells from outside and inside, as well.

The hotel is close to the airport, with large parking place. We usually stay there during our trips from Otopeni Airport. The price and the service are acceptable. It is a low-cost solution for travelers.

The restaurant was not good at all. The fries were not well fried, the beers were not cold enough, and the local beer finished after having one.

The hotel is suitable for a night while traveling from Otopeni Airport. It's comfortable and well organized for picking and bringing to the airport.

For an airport hotel it is all that you need. Reasonable price, 24 hour a day shuttle that runs every 20 minutes even at god-awful thirty in the morning for those before sunrise flights. Very bare bones basic, yet my wife and I only got this room because we had a 6 am flight and needed a 3:30 am shuttle for the airport. This hotel also provides long term parking so the shuttles get crowed but they provide enough shuttles that everyone gets a ride at their designated time. Yes a basic hotel, yet clean and their focus is you are rested before your flight and make sure you catch your flight with frequent shuttles. Isn't that's why you get an airport hotel. Who need frills? I just want to rest before an early morning flight. Do not know what their breakfast is like. They do have a restaurant, yet it is very utilitarian, no atmosphere, very uninspiring for dinner. We walked across the street, (around the fence) and went to the RIN Hotel restaurant which had ambiance, wait staff, local piped in music and comfortable tables. More expensive....yes but better than eating in a sterile environment of Formica tables and uncomfortable chairs and no ambiance. Maybe their food is good, yet on my last evening in Romania I would rather have a somewhat memorable meal than a great meal in a cafeteria setting.

The AC didn't really work, and the pillows were awful.

It is close to the airport and does have a free shuttle. It's an airport hotel, so just keep that in mind. Everything is mid, but it will get you through a night so that you are close to the airport.
