The staff were incredible! They organized breakfast for us outside the restaurant hours - as we were going hiking very early. And the stay was very good too. Perfect base camp to go around the area. Easy to park. Great restaurant next door also called Paj - Cosmin our waiter was from another world! The spa facilities are enough for a couple.

The Amsterdam room is on the reception floor right across the reception. It is cozy but it doesn't feel private enough especially for couples. I would add these notes to each of the rooms in order for people to know what they order. Most rooms on booking listings lack proper bath photos. The seat of the toilet was completely broken and unscrewed from the toilet all together and it was a trick to sit on it. The windows are looking out on the road so we had to close curtains and never open them. The light switches in the room have no logic and the night stand lamps have no switches so we had to unplug them. Bath has one small plastic screen and no curtain - the floor has drain but it's still not very comfortable. Outside jacuzzi can be heated only up to 40 degrees which is disappointing as it is rather chilly in the mountains. It smells like the water is disinfected but it still had a few bits of debris at the bottom.

The bath is huge and can host two people simultaneously. The bathroom is very spacious. The staff speaks English with no problems. Breakfast is very tasty, the view and location is just gorgeous - Peles Castle and TeleGondola are both about 10 minutes walk. Private spa garden and outside jacuzzi are a highlight. The bed is absolutely comfortable and I'm saying it as a person with back problems - it will not disappoint you. Pillows too. Restaurant has an amazing staff and chef, we enjoyed every last bit of it, especially the host Cosmin. The food was very tasty and the wine too.

A bit of water leaks from the shower. Spa is not available considering that the place has the word "spa" on its name. The pillows are a not the best.

We got the exact room that we booked. It was very spacious with a balcony. The staff were very accommodating and professional from check in to check out. Its location is far from the city center but that adds to the charm as the area is not crowded. The modern amenities allowed us a very comfortable stay.

Staff could be a little welcoming , we had dinner at their restaurant and the waiter was a bit rude We had a issue with lights in our bathroom, reported it but nobody was able to fix it , and they didn’t change our room, so we stayed till the end of our holiday without lights, annoying

We arrived very late at night and had to leave the room at 12 pm next day, so after check-out we planned to walk around and to have a lunch in the hotel's famous restaurant, but were very sorry to know that there is no any possibility to leave luggage. The receptionist kindly allowed us to keep the rooms until 1 pm, but this didn't improve the situation a lot. We didn't have a chance to use SPA - it costs quiet additional sum and we were told that not everything works, so we decided not to waste time on it.

Stockholm room was absolutely amazing! Very nice and cozy! The second room we ordered was Dakar, however somehow we got St. Moritz instead, which was also nice, but the view from it was less attractive to our mind. The rooms are very clean! The personnel is very friendly, and we enjoyed good breakfast!
