There could be more than 2 kitchens as they easily got crowded, especially during breakfast. There was a language barrier with some of the staff - but they were all very nice.

Great location - a few minutes' walk from Piața Unirii and the city centre. There are plenty of bathrooms and common areas, including spaces to work on a laptop.

Lockers inside the room without a key. Breakfast available, but poor (just making crepes by yourself). Most of the showers are in the basement. For the amount of beds, they might not be enough. The bed is not that comfortable.

Great location, and nicely furnished. Decently clean, the room has AC. The staff was friendly. Nice social areas. Overall, ok for a hostel.

The hostel is run by a every friendly but not experiences volunteers kids. They have no manager & the owner is not on top of his business. I received a message from booking.com after my reservations that I need to pay 5 Euros as deposit for the towel & the lock. When I arrived they asked for 10. I paid but the first day they took the deposit & they did not give me the towel. They said that they are washing them. I asked when will they be ready they said untill the next day at 4 pm. I also so lots of guests suffering on the returns of the 10 Euros at check out because the employees forgot to upload it on the system. More over the receptionist at check out time she was not available for more than 2 hours & one of the guest had to leave to the airport without the refund. The lady that she prepare the breakfast & the house keeping are very rood. The Maroccan lady is in amazing receptionist know how to solve problems & satisfy the customers but unfortunately she is not always there. I believe she deserve to be the manager. The house keeping are not very clean.

The location is great the hostel met my expectations - The guests were friendly & outstanding. The beds are comfortable - They have enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The breakfast is one day good & the other is extremely bad.

The showers are on the basement, they don't showers on every floor, so you have go far to take a shower. The breakfast is good, however there is limited seating space.

Location is excellent, the staff is friendly, the rooms are not big but they have space to move. The beds are comfortable, I slept well. The AC works.

1- Just pancakes that you need to do yourself is not enough for “breakfast included”… 2- I struggled a bit when I first arrived as I didn’t see the sign to the hostel and then I kept looking for a doorbell or something but I couldn’t until another guy was passing by and said you need to knock the door for somone to let you in (However this point was later resolved once you’re checked in as they provide you with a code to enter)

Location is very nice and central, and the staff are very helpful. The hostel is clean, the beds were comfy, and overall it was a nice stay.

The hostel has a 24-hour reception, and the staff were really helpful and nice. The internet is great everywhere, and the breakfast is nice. You can also request towels. There's even a storage area.

My experience at this hostel was unfortunately quite disorganised. I was told I’d receive my check-in details via email, but they never arrived—I had to reach out via WhatsApp to finally get them. There was also conflicting information about reception hours: one staff member said it closed at midnight, while another claimed it was open 24/7, which added to the confusion. Upon arrival, the bed originally assigned to me had already been taken by another guest. The receptionist gave me a different bed, but the next day, another staff member informed me that I was in the wrong bed. I then extended my stay by one more night and clearly asked to remain in the same bed. However, this information wasn’t passed on, and my bed was given to someone else. I was then approached and, rather aggressively, asked to show ID—as if I had caused the issue by changing beds at random. On my first day, breakfast had already run out by 10:10am, despite being advertised until 10:30am. It would be fairer if the food was replenished so that all guests have access. Also, the coffee provided really needs milk—offering some would be a small but much-appreciated improvement. Lastly, the kitchen and fridge are too small to accommodate the number of guests. A larger fridge would make things much more practical. Overall, the lack of communication between staff created a number of avoidable inconveniences that affected the quality of my stay.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could use more attention: adding a floor mat by the shower to avoid making the whole place wet & dirty. Also, there were hangers at all in the bathroom. The room was 14beds and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere while booking. It was okay for me and i had good time, but it should communicated in advance.

The location is very central, and the receptionists were really nice. I met 3 of them; they were warm and helpful. The breakfast is nice as well: eggs, veggies, cheese, and cereal.

Brilliant place, the best hostel dorms I have experienced in Romania! I stayed 2 nights and extended two nights more! Facilities are great, clean! Kitchen is very good! Fridge could be bigger as there are many people staying! Breakfast was amazing for the price you pay! Close to main attractions and sights, air conditioned with good WiFi.. comfy beds and always clean! Will book again when in Bucharest

Staff don't speak English and the breakfast isn't the best. It's pancake batter where you make your own, but there is one frying pan between the entire hostel.

Some things were broken - room door lock, several shower doors, overhead shower head, toilet seat missing, some curtain bars for the beds (no curtains at all). People gathering at the tiny reception/lobby and sitting on the stairs and drinking alcohol when you try to squeeze thru with your luggage.

Overall it seemed to be a nice place. Loved the bathrooms.

New, spacious, bright and clean hostel with good design and all needed facilities. Comfortable beds and lockers, nice showers. There is a kitchen and real breakfast in the mornings. Common areas are workable with good internet)
