The apartment has no big windows. In the living room there was only a small rectangular window but it was not enough. The apartment was not so well ventilated.

The apartment is very cosy and clean. It is located in the middle of the old town in Brasov. It is very easy to access it, the owner is easy to contact. The beds are very comfy and the bathrooms are big. There is a small fridge and for us it was enough as we stayed only 2 nights.In the living room is a conditional air equipment; for us it was helpful.

Complicated online checkin procedure after 8pm. I have no time for signing up on apps or tech solutions when I am travelling.

Right in the old town, you will find the action right infront of the door. The room was very stylish and it has a lovely big bathroom! The bed was comfy too.

we were 4, but only 3 towels were there (got extra 2 a day after) needed to request extra toilet paper - after cleaning the room, only 1 was replenished. again got extra 1 a day after upon request

Very hot, (25-26°C) and thermostat was out of functioning. It was dificult to sleep. If the window is opening, the outside noise is too much.

Large roog, clean and with all facilities. Confortable bed. Overall, was quiet over 23 , having in mind , it is very close to main old town street.

The staff was very helpful and the support they gave us was great. The location is perfect, in the city center, but quiet and safe at the same time. The room is big enough for a family with 2 small kids, clean and comfortable.

The AC was not working, but was cold the weather and because of that help in the sleep time! But definitely has a problem!

Amazing and comfort room! The staff was really nice, gave me all attention I needed! Locations was also really good! We could keep our luggage on reception after check out time to enjoy the city! Side by side a very good restaurante!!!

It is a self-service hotel or AirBnb as there is nobody at the front desk. As a result, you need to coordinate arrival time. There is no daily maid service, but that may have been a communication issue, as we didn't know how to request it. Communication was a challenge, as there was a large delay before a response. WhatsApp worked great.

Fantastic location! Right in the heart of Brasov. Comfortable and spacious unit, with tea kettle and fridge. A few instant coffees and tea as well. Parking can be a challenge, as hotel is on a pedestrian street. Best suggestion is Livada Poștei ("După Ziduri") Parking (search on goggle). Costs 24 Lei for 24-hours, and you can pay with the T-Park app. It is about 5-7 min walk to hotel, just slightly cobblestone. We carted our bags. You could also drop your bags off at the intersection of Strada Michael Weiss (pedestrian street hotel is on) and Strada Muresenilor. It's a busy road, so be quick unloading bags, or else cars will back up (and some Romanians aren't patient, lol).

We would have loves to get two keys especially since we were two people living in one apartment. Whenever we took that one key out the ac would turn off and the room would get hot. We also didn’t have towels in the room when we checked in and we had to wait to get them.

Walking distance to important landmarks, lots of restaurants nearby.

The door of the room couldn’t be closed on the inside, there was no locker. Also the “do not disturb” option wasn’t working properly. After I activated it and exited the room, it would deactivate after a few seconds.

The facility is in the middle of the town. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help&offer you a great stay. The room is big, very clean and the bed is uber comfortable. For sure we'll come back! 😊
