When it’s raining you don’t really have enough space to eat in the room if you order in. Breakfast is not the best value for money, it would be great if they would provide it at the masseria.

Really cozy, lovely room with a bath tub, wonderful view from both the room and the pool. I recommend if for a romantic getaway. The room is well equipped and the staff was very helpful. We really liked it.

Too many kinds and a bit messy at the pool as they were smoking even if it was forbidden. This has nothing to do with the property but mostly with the people as they were with kids and a lot of family members

The location is still developing. Nothing else besides the pool at the moment, a small bar to just sit and order drinks or refreshment would have been nice. The building was already up, probably by next year all will be up and running.

Everything was exceptional. New, clean, above expectations. Hassles check-in. The room was equipped with everything. The bathtub was wonderful and the pool crystal clear. Over all a place to revisit with great expectations

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall, it was a lovely and peaceful experience. The room was clean and cozy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light—something I especially appreciated. Surrounded by nature, the entire place had a serene atmosphere, and we loved waking up to the beautiful view from our bed. One of the unexpected highlights was the presence of a few adorable and friendly dogs roaming around the property—they really added to the charm. We spent most of our time relaxing in the room, enjoying the tranquility. There was also a very inviting pool on-site, which looked great, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use it. There’s a nearby restaurant affiliated with the property that delivers food to your room. We ordered lunch from there, but the food wasn’t particularly impressive. Still, it was convenient, and we weren’t in the mood to go out exploring for alternatives.

I would suggest to add only one matress to the bed since the gap between is very uncorfortable. Other than that, everything was exceptional

There is one small thing that I particularly did no like: the doors leading to the terrace don’t have an outside handle. This means that when you step out, the door often remains open, which can let in the cold during winter. It would be great if a handle or something can be added to the door.

Amazing stay! The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect backdrop to relax. The tiny house was so cozy and comfortable, and the area is also expanding, which will add even more charm to the location. I can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately, the cabin did not have proper heating. The only possibility to heat the room was through AC and that was really inconvenient for us during the night. It was pretty cold during the night and that was uncomfortable and a shame for the price we paid. There is no sink in the cabin to wash the dishes you use and it makes it pretty weird to do that in the bathroom. We were allocated at the last built cabin which was near to the ones who were still under construction. That ruined our mood and intimacy, because the constructors were making a lot of noise more than half of the day. Since me and my husband were celebrating marriage anniversary, we could not enjoy it fully, because we have been surrounded by workers and their activity. To be noted that from 6 available cabins, only ours and another one were occupied during our stay, so it would have been possible to be allocated to one further away from constructions. We have also been told before arriving that the road towards the cabins was paved and quite easy to reach out. It was not exactly the case, since there were constructions happening in the village and the road was quite narrow as well.

The location is really nice. The view from the room takes your breath away. The size of the room is enough for a couple, the design is modern and beautiful. The fact that you can order quality food from the farm to the accommodation is also a plus. The nature which is surrounding the accommodation is amazing and gives you a total refresh. It was really nice to walk around and enjoy some fresh air.

Nothing like the photos, cabins looked like abandoned boxes, ants on the bed, no staff on site, appalling customer service, no food service or any other services around. I had 2 cabins booked for 2 nights, my children were horrified by the idea to sleep in a bed with insects and with all the messages to the owner of the “resort” he remained insensitive to my comfort issues. I lost money and time when I so much wanted a great family holiday. Shame on those who find themselves in this business with no accountability and empathy. They know best the reason for requesting payment in advance…

The area around is under construction. There is noise from workers and construction. The bungalow is rather small, one of the beds is a wall folding bed. It is not comfortable to set up it every day. You barely have space to walk inside. Also, the beds are not very comfortable. The last 2 days there was no hot water, it was only a little bit warm. The curtains are difficult to be pulled.
