We booked a room as a family but did not have bed sheets for the sofa to be used as a child bed. Also the sofa was not a pull-out sofa but a fixed one.

Free parking, good breakfast, nice staff. The VIP room was huge and had a Jacuzzi. Very nice city view as a bonus!

Clearly an event hotel and we felt a little out of place as a family on vacation. The windows aren't really soundproof and there is quite a bit of noise from the busy road next to the hotel.

The only downside was the breakfast. It was quite average and seemed to depend on who was working that day. The first two mornings, the food was bland and not very enjoyable, and the staff member didn’t speak any English, which made communication difficult. However, on the last morning, things improved a lot – the breakfast was delicious, and the lady serving us was very kind and helpful. It was clear the kitchen team was different that day.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was nice and well-maintained. Our room was clean and tidy, with housekeeping coming in daily, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the city from our window – a lovely bonus! Another great benefit was the swimming pool, which was included in the price of the stay. It was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring.

we rented the room with a "king size" bed for 2 adults and a 12-year-old child, and we received a room with a double but narrow bed, in which all 3 of us could not rest at all...we asked for the room with 3 beds, they told us that they didn't have anything else...we don't know why the Booking.com platform showed us that this place, which was a maximum for 2, was an option, not for 3. also there was an extremely strong smell of "room perfume" in the room which seemed very toxic/fake, we didn't like this...it contributed to a restless night, in addition to the lack of the 3rd bed...

Jacuzzi bath took 1+ hour to fill. There was always noise, from neighbour room during the evening and from all rooms during the day because of very loud cleaning. Room quality can be seen on the pictures. Not even all the lighting was working. The bad was not comfortable.

The breakfast was good and tasty. The only nice thing in that hotel.

Beds are small, mattress were very hard and make it difficult for me to rest, pillows were uncomfortable. No complimentary water, which for a 4 star you expect to have. Room doesn't have enough light except from outside during the day, make it difficult to read a book in the room

I believe the first impact with as a customer with the property was the reception ! Arriving at the property early been asking kindly if is room available. Yes it was which I was very happy and appreciative that I can check in early but then the reception mention something that “ when you checked in early usually we asked for little extra !” Assuming she was asking for money I did reply that I will like to pay that “little extra “ but with card as had no cash on me … as the hotel offers breakfast included I’ve asked if I can have it on the day have arrived as next day I fly very early I won’t be able to eat it at 4 am the reception said that is not possible for free but to pay for it , I was willing to pay for it as I was hungry but I believe someone from management at the time I asked for the check the server told me that is free ! Also it say online that the hotel provides airport car to take you to or from airport ! Same again when asked the reception said to come back later to her or she will inform me later one as has to check who’s on that night . She never came back to me, had to go again and ask her ! Thank God I had the initiative to reserve a UBER myself ! Room is very noisy from the cars as the hotel is on motorway … stuff hoover after 10PM for 1 hour IN the evening NOISY AGAIN ! Didn’t had water in the bathroom when I checked in for sometimes and no one bother even to come inform me.

The food was tasty, compliments to the chef and the girl who served me was very profesional in her work.

breakfast bit late on weekday starting at 7.30 for Road side hotel rooms can be very noisy from inconsiderate guest, even at 02.30hrs on a Monday night! bed in VIP room very uncomfortable fillet steak, chewy, dry and over cooked pancakes bland

We were disappointed with the hotel. We took a Queen's room with Spa Bath! We mainly took that room to enjoy the Spa Bath. When we turned on the water for the jacuzzi we were greeted with a very bad smell. I mean, it was very bad! 🤮 The water wasn't even warm enough to enjoy the jacuzzi. In the morning we washed our face with cold water. The room is expensive (almost 500lei for a night) but they couldn't even try to upgrade their room and replace that small tv. The room was big that it made the tv even smaller. We watched a movie using our phone 😅 Overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. We won't be coming back again.

We booked this hotel because according to Booking.com they have electric vehicle charging station. But they DON’T, which can ruin your trip when there is nowhere to re-charge nearby. Also, the young girl at reception was a bit rude, wasn’t there while we rang the bell for 20 mins, didn’t tell us about breakfast, laughed when we asked about changing station… not a great experience.
