In the summer days maybe they could add some air conditioner.

The view from the pool was amazing and the staff was really nice. The room was really cozy. It is a pretty good place to enjoy some peaceful moments.

My room had some problems with the shower, and the pool opens too late for those that want to swing in the morning then check out other then that it was a good stay.

The stay was great. Clean and quiet place. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Great location for a tranquil trip.

Remote area , no phone signal, good wifi at the ranch, but good to know. We got a room at the second floor. With a toddler, rather difficult to go up and down all the time.

I did not enjoy the breakfast mostly because it was't fresh, the eggs were cold, the cucumbers were dried. More variety would be nice, some fruits, some pancakes etc.

Hotel is incredible. We came there for one day and were just delighted. The view is perfect, the pool is large, the water temperature is very good, and it doesn't smell of chlorine. There are two different saunas, it works great, you can immediately go out onto the balcony and admire the view. There is a bar in the pool, which is very comfortable. We lived in the same building with the pool, which is even more convenient, although if we had to walk across the street, we wouldn't have been upset at all. There are horses, very friendly. Very tasty food, breakfast is included and it's great. If I could give 100 points, I would. Very atmospheric and cozy

The noises from people stepping on the floor in the upper rooms are almost unbearable at night. Also, the lack of air conditioning during summer heat is to be considered - the upper rooms get extremely heated.

A lot of noise from the rest of the visitors. The rooms are not sound proofed and you can hear the people talking in other rooms or in the common areas. There is nobody to call for help if the neighbours are loud and you can;t sleep. In one morning, like 7am, somebody from the staff started to repair a roof or something and made a lot of noise, not very professional i will say. Cell signal is bad but this is not their fault.

Location is excellent. Nice view The food is very good but very expensive as well. Friendly staff but they are not well trained. We asked if there are any tracking paths around or other activities from the marketing flyer ... they didn;t know how to answer

The concept is nice. The american style restaurant is good. The staff was helpful and made us feel great. The pool is a great addition. Our kids loved the place. We also had a horse riding lesson for the lids which they loved.

The a la carte and breakfast menu had very few vegan/vegetarian options, and the room, even though clean, was not vacuumed, and we had a few spiderwebs in the corners Also, there are 2 buildings, the one with the pool I think is better, we stayed in the one with the restaurant and you could smell the food
