Very stylish hotel, quite cozy and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is good, easy access to public transport and taxi (it was cheap around 5-6€ to the city centre).

So I booked a twin room with garden and pool view for a single guest, but I was told “I got upgraded to a matrimonial bed room”. The cigarette smell was so bed, my room was 105 at first floor. That was definitely not an upgrade but a downgrade, I felt they were taking advantage of a solo traveler. The swimming pool was not available due to a wedding, but they told me in the day or the booked accommodation and not before, so I can search for different options. In my “minibar” there was a mess with 2 different opened water bottles that for sure don’t belong to the minibar (probably from the previous “smoking” guests”. I but give it a 6 out of 10, just because the swimming pool was nice in my checkout day, and because the staff seemed very nice. Also, I asked for an iron since usually I get an iron and iron table at 4 stars hotels but they told me that the don’t offer that. So they overcharged me a fee for ironing one little dress?! The breakfast was also very, very basic for 4 stars hotel have better. I guess since the employees are all nice, the problem must be with the management?!. I only stayed for one night and I was out for a work event most of the day, otherwise, I would’ve complained to the receptionist. But I do believe they treat workers solo women travelers than a solo man traveling, for sure. Disappointed, overall.

Smell in the room - powerful and annoying - hard to breathe. Air conditioner system - impossible to fix the temperature and fan speed. Dirty bathroom. Staff not friendly.

If it was something, only that aircondition was not the most effective in our room, maybe only some adjustment. It got down temperature, but it was little slowly. (Room 106). A small thing, but....

Very nice hotel. The man working in reseption was serviceminded and interesting speaking with. Room big and comfy, bathroom especially big, with easy access shower. Beds so good to relax in, strange that not all hotels have the same quality. Minibar is never negative.. Then to our highlight, dinner. Fantastic food, prepared to perfection from kitchen. I ate t-bonesteak, and my wife duck. We for sure are returning to this restaurant later. When service also are up there, we only can say this quality to a reasonable price, is a bargain. Also there is a swimmingpool at site, really nice area. About breakfast everything of course was high quality. A hotel placed nearly Promenade Shopping center, were security was taken care of, parking excellent, in bathroom an alarm if you get sick/fall, way to go!

The airconditoner is working quite loudly but due to hot wheather AC was triying to the best. If you open the window then AC stops but there was noise due to main road just in front of the hotel.

It has a standart but enough breakfast. The room and bathroom was clean.

Breakfast was a disappointment. There were very few varieties. They couldn't even find "black tea" for me, which is the basic and simplest kind of tea you could ask for. No variety of bread or pastry. The boiled eggs were too cold (probably boiled from the previous night and kept in the fridge and overboiled (you know it from the color of the yolk). Of course we didn't expected 5-star breakfast but it was definitely not a 4-star breakfast buffet. Although the bathroom looked clean and new, there were many absurd design faults (see the picture of the toilet seat cover!!!). As you can see from the picture, the seat cover that was cut in an amateur way definitely affected our comfort in a negative way. Other design faults were the luggage rack and the wardrobe above it. When you place your suitcase there, it is impossible to open your suitcase as the space doesn't allow that action!!!! Also to be able to create a place for a luggage rack, the wardrobe is placed above it far too high and it was impossible for me to reach and hang my clothes.

Our room was clean and it looked modern. The bathroom was a bit small but clean and OK for a one-night stay. The lobby looked nice and chic with new year decorations and all although I personally didn't like the "really huge" horse statue. There is a parking place in front of the car for about 10-15 cars and luckily, when we came back to our hotel at night, we parked in the last free spot.
