Everything was superb!

Very nice family (I think) hotel. Super friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, superb breakfast, safe and secure private parking, exactly what we needed for our motorbike. Very quiet area, about 30 mins walk from the city center, but you can take a taxi, 5-7 minutes ride. We'll definitely come back to this place, great experience!

The location is very cozy and has a safe parking. The rooms are big, warm and very clean. The wi-fi is very good and the the breakfast is excellent having alao traditional romanian homemade products. Excellent location for visiting Sibiu.

The best place in Sibiu. There's everything you would expect and more! Great location (close to the city centre, but not too close so no worries about the traffic), quiet neighbourhood, private safe parking at the property, beautifully designed room with comfortable bed, minifridge with some snacks and drinks, bathroom equipped in everything even toothbrushes if you forgotten yours during your trip. Everything is also superclean. And in the morning there's breakfast with food options for everyone and really good coffee. It was our 2nd or 3rd stay there and for sure not last.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at La Rezidenta! The host went above and beyond by waiting for us at the reception until late in the night, displaying an exceptional willingness to help. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the added bonus of included parking made our experience even more convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend La Rezidenta to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience in Sibiu.

Nothing big really! A box of paper tissues in the room would come handy. In the bathroom, there is no place to put an attache bag on to - an extra rack would come handy as well. Location has pluses and minuses, depending on what you expect - it is further away from town centre as most other hotels. But then again, you get a clean, cozy, quiet accommodation, with a good night's sleep!

Had to find accomodation because I checked out from another hotel after one night. And I found this little gem! Marius, the host at the La Rezidenta, was willing to store my luggage and then even provided a room despite I arrived many hours earlier than normal. The room was clean, spacious, cozy, with one bigger desk, smaller coffee table with two chairs. There was a TV set on the wall (haven't turned it on) and also an A/C unit (untested). A mini bar offered a selection of chocolates, peanuts, some candy bars, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Bed was big, with clean fresh sheets, stiff mattress that offered enough body support. Big bathroom was equipped with a bathtub! The guest house is in an residential area, so it is very quiet. The walls inside are also well insulated. You can get a lot of fresh air if you open a window... and there is no heavy traffic nearby. Breakfast is available near the entrance. It is not luxurious, but matches what most hotels offer: eggs, sausages, salami, ham, cheese, some vegetables, yogurt, fruits, cereals, milk, tea, coffee... more than enough. Everything is fresh! Marius was really a fine host, always willing to help, give advice... same with the others I came in contact with, although their foreign language capabilities were limited. But with help of Google Translate app, everything can be clarified. Have I mentioned that the rooms were big, CLEAN and cozy? 😁
