There should be 'childrens' hours' for usage of the spa. Oh it is such a beautiful spa!!! So you can imagine the dismay a weary traveler feels, while in-mid relaxation on the hydratherapy lounges in the jacuzzi, the silence is grossy interrupted by a loud child in an inflatable horsie ring, entering and shattering the peace! It was a 'run back to your room' situation.

The hospitality offered by the staff to us remains unsurpassed. They made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed! E v e r y t h i n g! It is wonderful to be treated with such decency by women who truly care...they absolutely care!

I can’t think of anything.

Everything. From staff friendliness and professionalism to the room arrangements and comfort everything was perfect. Even location is a little away from the old town you get the change to see more of Brasov and after you step into the hotel you get to see a small city into the city. Excellence!

No such a thing.

We were travelling with couple of friends and picked up this hotel. We were amazed by how spacious rooms are coming along with amenities inside. Whole personel from the very entrance to dinning one and cleaning one are doing their best so you can really feel like taken care of.

The management should pay more attention to the small things that are degrading and take measures.. Little scratches in furniture, doors must be repaired. Young personnel better trained and to the food at breakfast please pay more attention. We got used to a standard and now every deviation is very observable. .

It is not my first visit here. The location of this hotel might not be the best in Brasov but this is one of the most qualitative 4 stars hotel not only in Romania but in Europe

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. Beautifully clean and lovely facilities with the most helpful staff! The location isn’t in the centre of town but it’s a very quick uber ride in so that doesn’t matter to us. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

The curtains in the rooms were not blocking the sun entirely in the morning ao we ended up waking up early because of the sun.

The rooms are big and comfortable, we had the interconnected rooms with two children and it was great. The breakfast is very good and has everything you might need. The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling around Brasov by train and the old town is 45 mins walk which is not bad if you like walking around the city
