Excelent renovation, great taste in every detail, superbe rooms without over-charging on decoration . Simply perfect. Great staff ( minus the spa lady who was unfriendly) , great atmosphere, finally a hotel that we can call “home” when we visit Bucarest

One of the best location in Bucharest... The staff at the reception was excellent . They help me with the early checking and late checkout without charging me extra fee. The Athene Cafe and The English Bar both were so great do sit and have drinks... Excellent stay...

Program the room keys to unlock the lockers for those who go to the gym very early to be able to use that toilet

There was some major upgrading being undertaken which restricted facilities quite a bit. It might have been a positive gesture to have shaved the room prices to compensate.

The check in in the reception was very very slow, the concierge department was impolite when I asked them to print 2 pages. It took ages to receive an email and they printed my doc on dirty paper.

The room and the room service were great including the room service menu.

The staff in the dining room had only a basic understanding of English. The doormen were far more interested in taking to each other than helping me get my luggage out of the taxi and into the hotel. Only one member of staff to check out a lengthy queue meant a slow departure.

Location is great, the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable and reasonably priced

Amazing service from the second we arrived. Bags taken to the room from the taxi and the doors were opened and we were greeted as we entered. The staff were fantastic. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in

Towels could be replaced with newer ones. They were super clean, they just show signs of aging near the label

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. I typically have to sleep with noise cancelling headphones when I am travelling, but did not need to here. Couldn’t hear a thing from outside the room and slept like a baby! Breakfast delivered to the room was also great. Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. It is so beautiful, well maintained, clean, the service is great. The rooms are equipped with the best facilities. The staff is great and very understanding. Would definitely recommend and come back again next time I’m in Bucharest.

The bed is on the soft side. Seemed a bit worn out.

It’s an amazing hotel. As good as it gets. Best location in Bucharest. Very polite and helpful stuff and the facilities (spa, gym, etc) are excellent.
